Fide penalised both Dubov and Nepo by awarding 0 points instead of half point for the draw. If Dubov had those half points, he would be tied for first with Magnus. But again all these ifs and buts. I think they are professionals and focus more on how much money they are making.

How that works? Is that really an 100% draw position? I mean, there're plenty of pieces on the board, there could be at least a fight. But Magnus saw that he just needed a draw to win the tournament and after levon moved the bishop he offered the draw? Couldn't Levon deny the offer? These draws in chess are sometimes suspicious asf.

15.5 is because he still retained the 0.5 points despite the pre-arranged draw. His points after deduction are 15, which is 1 win below Magnus Carlsen so nothing to get salty about when there was nothing he could do.
