What if in Persona 6 your persona isn’t summoned with a tarot card or a mask but from a magic tattoo that appears when you awaken to it. I don’t see the tattoos being an exact image of said persona, but more like an intricate symbol or coat of arms or crest that is associated with that persona, naturally the protag would be able to have a max of 12 of these that would magically change based on which personas they have on hand to swap between during a battle. Or the protag would only have one tattoo at a time like everyone else, it just magically changed whenever they swap between one persona and another

Persona 5 Arena continuing the story from P4AU and it in an updated style like DnF Duel and Dragon Ball Fighterz would be freaking AWESOME

I do hope we will at least get another P5 related game with Kasumi in it so we can see her again and also with Strikers new characters too! Strikers ending felt more like an Adventures Continue kind of ending then a proper final ending for now for them like Dancing All Night's one for The Investigation Team. Plus, just want to finally stop hearing people say Royal's stuff didn't happen too! It did happen for a time during Golden and Arena's release before Arena Ultimax finally appeared. 😃

Yeah I kind want an expansion dlc where we enter the winter break. Considering jails don't operate like palaces it's quite possible they can't truly be deleted anymore without the eradication of the internet because of Emma's infection so it's very likely we will see things spiral out of control if atlas decides to continue strikers.

Honestly it would be cool if the next protagonist for Persona 6 is a canonized FeMC. The only "canon" FeMC is Maya from Persona 2 Eternal Punishment, not counting Persona 3 Portable

I was wondering if they would try to port Persona Q2 to the Switch. I know there was talk of a new Etrian Odyssey being in production. So if they ported Persona Q2 you could get Persona fans and Entrian Odyssey fan to pick it up. Than see how the changes from the 3DS to Switch would go over with fan base. The mapping feature was big part the Etrian Odyssey and Persona Q games, wondering how they are going to translate that over the Switch.

I hope next we can see ports of Persona Q and Q2 to the switch and other platforms, and royal dlc/re-releases for dancing and scramble

Persona 5 Arena would be awesome just to see Akechi and Kasumi again. But more then that Persona 4 arena was awesome for the returning characters from 3 so we would likely have to same thing again with a new arena game.

I swear I remember it being all but confirmed that p5a was to be in development soon, it was just a matter of arksystems finishing the projects they had in house. I know many have issues with the fighting games and that fighting games in general don’t sell, but GOD would I love to see older p4 characters and EVEN OLDER p3 characters. Oh well

A tactics rpg would be cool, just don’t know if it could be different enough to make sense

Very interesting, unpopular expectation! for me, I think atlus is gonna remaster smt v, and then maybe we will see project re fantasy, after that we will finally get P6!

I was thinking maybe next they will do a Smt x persona game similar to Smt x fire emblem!!

For me personally I can see the next Persona game, possible Persona manga/anime, a side game (maybe with the P5R cast along with other persona casts)

I think is out of time making an another spin-off/stuff related to P5 . At this point i hope for a Persona classic collection ( P1/P2 duology remastered )

P3 remake I feel will come out in 2026 for its 20th anniversary

What I don't like they don't have a physical version of the P3P and P4G on Switch

It would be cool if they made a Persona version of Eyes of Heaven where all past and present characters interact

You might be right in your predictions but with Atlas you never know. I'd like Atlus to leave all P5 stuff behind and focus on the next game. P5 has gotten milked enough where if you now release something you might be getting into franchise fatigue territory. I say let the folks at Atlus cook! I think 2024...2025 an announcement or trailer for the next game.

Just got into p5 loving it so far can't wait for p3 and p4 on gamepass

If I were to genuinely guess, its gonna be like strikers but for the Royal continuity

Persona 3 remake us confirmed for feb 😅

I think that covid probably delayed Persona 6 by at least a year, maybe even two. I think that if covid never happened that Persona 6 would have been shown off at the concert and coming out within the next 6 or so months. Whether there is another spin-off, who can say, but I think that we will probably get much less exciting than even P5 Strikers 2. Assuming we get anything at all, it will probably be ports of the dancing games because of the lack of effort actually needed to port them. We can MAYBE get ports of Persona Q and Q2 as well, but porting those games will take more effort because they were designed for 2 screens, which is why I am not all that confident that they will be ported. For non-Persona related stuff I also can see SMT 5 coming to other consoles and PC unless Atlus has a permanent exclusivity deal with Nintendo instead of timed exclusivity deal.

For me I am against for an other P5S because the games is not great if I compare to P5 vanilla version , but it’s ok. the reason I found it’s the scenario who is repetitive and a copy paste of some (theme) and story of the original like for the first to third monarch who is very similar and the the little originality with Zenkichi was the best part for games , but the art style wasn’t my cup of tea and after playing for more than 50 hours it’s still very disturbing how it’s so different then p5, the combat mechanic was good. In other than that I have other problems with the games ,but it’s more personal things I hate about this sequel who I have some hopes to be equal to the original ,but I find very deceiving about what I love with the original. If they need to make an other I hope they do something original with others subject and responsibilities like with zenkichi who I found was the best thing we can get of that title.

Given that all mainline Neo-Persona games have been stand-alones with the occassional reference, it's pretty safe to say that Persona 5's story is concluded outside potential spin-offs of questionable canonicity.

I just want P1 & 2 remakes. The likelihood of that has gone down a lot though after the rumors of the P3 remake, which is disappointing since these are 2 games with 2 complete casts that deserve reworking to be as beloved as the casts of the big 3 (3, 4, & 5). And P2 had a great story, & having Hitler in it would honestly sell the game more for meme sake. P1 absolutely needs a remake because nobody likes it’s story OR gameplay, it’s the Pokémon Sword & Shield of Persona where some defend it, but it’s overall lacking in most places, even the music. The music still has some great tracks, but many not-so-stellar tracks that are forgettable. Though a remake on that scale would certainly take longer than a P3 remake.

P5Royal the anime, P5 spin off or P6 teaser, most likely.

It's unsurprising Persona 4 Arena didn't do well per say since it relies on you already playing the 3rd and 4th game, which don't become truly accessible to modern platforms till next month. Tbh I was baffled it was the thing they decided to release first. Persona 5 Arena on the other hand has a better chance just for having the P5 cast in it alone, and about time it's ready people will be caught up on P3 and P4 as well. If P5A does not happen though, I'd rather just wait for P6 then have them spend time on another spinoff. The only reason I want the game to even exist is to see how the P3 and P4 cast are doing in their adult lives, but that requires Atlus to have interest in exploring that consistently. Once you do it twice, people are going to expect it with the P6 cast, the P7 cast, etc. They may simply don't want to commit to a predictable standard, which I've noticed Atlus is trying to move away from.

With all these ports of old games to new consoles, I would think that the next main series in persona will be the final one

Persona 6 should start with the world ended and people without personas fighting shadows/demons are at risk of being corrupted and turning into them......wait doesn't that already exist?
