After 66 years of living in hell and wishing I had a doctor to help me. I've had to come to the realization that I had to forget doctors exist. My poor brain can't handle another arrogant small minded doctor. They just send your cortisol level through the roof and make you feel it totally hopeless.

My best advice to you is to go to an integrated or functional medical doctor if you haven't tried already. Also, try to find a doctor who is a Christian and this has really changed the course of my medical care.

I'm sorry that you have to deal with something like this, I do as well but I hope my daughter doesn't blame me for "giving" her something I had no control over.

Love your information! I found out I had Hashimoto's a couple of years ago. I somehow found your website and info. I went on a modified AIP diet beginning this past January and I feel SO MUCH better!! I was seriously struggling with extreme fatigue that frequently brought me to tears. Thank you for putting this great information out there for people like me to find. A doctor will never tell you about these things, and they are life changing. I love your energy and attitude, always upbeat and positive. Please keep up the good work!!

Hi Michelle. Thank you for all your great videos. I'm considering joining your new program. I have Hashimoto's but I also have MCAS. Do you think it would be ok doing your program having MCAS? I'm doing mostly AIP but not strictly. Having debilitating migraines and insomnia makes it hard for me to get it under control. I'm so very tired and I need help. What do you think?

Hi Michele, I just came across your channel, and I am glad I did. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto recently. I just wanted to ask if you were ever on pills, and is it possible to avoid them by approaching the holistic way? I do not have any symptoms, but 2 out of 3 doctors told me to get on them. Thank you for what you do.

I’ve done the AIP diet before but need to do a refresh again. My diet has been really bad lately. I signed up for more info. Depending on the price & how the program is put together i may be interested! Right now the complication that hurts the most is proteins/fatty deposits accumulating on both outside ankles. It causes so much pressure when i walk or even stand for too long. Wondering if you’ve seen this or if anyone following has experienced this. Even when I lost a ton of weight my outside ankles look like they have a growth on them. Not edema. I’m wondering if it could be cardiovascular.

If I were you I would go see a functional medical doctor or what they call an integrated doctor.

I don't know if making the gut less permeable overall is going to work. When you have a great deal of inflammation from a great deal of things including water, air and food being toxic due to chemicals and pollution. If you have an autoimmune disorder, I think you probably just need to follow a good protocol for healing your gut for the rest of your life. It's never going to fully recover but you can maybe mitigate how bad it gets.
