Don’t believe your doctors! I am also a male 37 yo and it’s pretty rare to have hashi’s AND celiacs as a male. My life only really started to change after the diet change. Other things I can recommend (especially to men) are fasting and weighted workouts. Muscle is very protective and it seems to balance out my hormones just better. Good luck with your healing journey, it is in YOUR hands and I hope one day that you can show your doctors just how wrong they are!
Thank you so much for all of your help. I have been completely overwhelmed by this diagnosis. You have given me hope and a sense of direction. I truly appreciate you taking the time to make these videos.
You are so correct. Pick one thing and stick with it for a few months to see if it works.
I am following an paleo dieet. Little extra too aip. I have prepared food. Next step is now working on stress and Activity. I still have too much pain every day to do everything at ones so i am taking it one step at the time.

I love how people in all parts of the world can watch! And so glad the recipes are helping! 💕
Thanks for all the great content you're putting out there. Questions: Do you back off certain foods as soon as you notice the slightest symptoms, or it just depends on how bad the flair-up is?
Excellent counsel…

Simplicity is a blessing with this terrible brain fog and fatigue.
I do know diet has helped me. I need to get back into aip
Hi, I have just found out that I have RA and have started the AIP diet. Is it ok to have casava flour chips or tortillas everyday? I’m also having plantain chips and tiger nut granola. I’m following the diet. I’m just having a hard time feeling satisfied. My doctor has only given me two months before she’s going to retest me and want me to go on medication which I’m hoping I can get by without. Thank you for all your information. It is wonderful. ❤

Remember, the doctor works for you… Your health is too precious to hand over to anyone. The more you research, the more confidence you will have. JMO ☺️
Michelle Spring. I am desperate. My doctor says Hashimotos is not autoimmune and that mine is mild bc my medicine dose is very minimal. I feel so depressed, but i lf I say that to me medical team, the just keep changing my medication. Im very overwhelmed.
