I've wanted to tell you guys this story for so long but I wanted to wait until the timing was right. With a surprise cyst on my forehead reminding me of what it was like to struggle so hard with acne, I felt there was no more appropriate time to tell this story. This was the first time I had cried in 4 or 5 years at that point in my life and it was crazy how it came on and also how good it made me feel. Don't neglect your emotions guys and remember that no matter what point you are faced with right now, there's a brighter point that you WILL reach in the future!
I'm currently taking 80mg/day of Accutane/Roaccutane/Claravis/Oratane and this is my 59th week taking the medication in one of the longest cases documented at such a high, sustained dose. I do not intake dairy, I drink at minimum 2 gallons of water a day and I do not use any products to wash my face.
Thank you all so much for watching this video, I hope this doesn't cause anyone to respect me less, I just had to put this video up. If you enjoyed it and think it can help your friends please share it, also hit the thumbs up button and leave a comment

Hey everyone thank you so much for the support on this video! 🙏 I wanted to pin a post with some answers to the most asked questions! 😁 My four biggest tips for people who want to make change in their acne are to 1) REMOVE DAIRY 100% (not even a little tiny slip up) 2) Eat 8-16 servings of dark green cruciferous veggies 3) Drink more water (1-2 gallons a day) 4) Balance your gut flora by ingesting some form of probiotics. What protein can I use? A lot of people watching my channel are into fitness and consume whey protein, protein bars and products with dairy in them. Whey/casein proteins are concentrated dairy, you need to switch to a plant based protein. The best plant based protein is the raw plant protein from VivoLife (Yes, I'm sponsored because I support them fully - use BRIAN10 for 10% off VivoLife: bit.ly/VivoLifeBrian). They do not include preservatives, coloring or fake sugars which are are terrible for you. They also have greens that provide most of your daily vitamins, veggies and even probiotics. I promote them because their products do not break me out and are high quality. VIDEOS I SUGGEST TO WATCH (MY BEST ACNE CONTENT): EXACTLY What To Do With Acne Scarring! (From Experience): kzread.info/dash/bejne/fXqL2qVwc7OwhKg.html REMOVE REDNESS FROM ACNE & SCARRING: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mKKcmblsYpewdco.html How to stay positive and keep high self esteem (How To Get Past Acne Insecurity): kzread.info/dash/bejne/fnl7w5OamMadYrg.html Three Easy, Medium & Hard things to help eliminate acne: kzread.info/dash/bejne/q5p6ubWfirDQhZs.html I have countless more videos related to acne so if you have anything specific I suggest using the search function on my channel to see if I've talked on it before and if I haven't PLEASE request it in a comment below! I love you all and you are not alone, if you are feeling down from your acne I strongly suggest to continue watching my acne videos about self esteem to help you find the path to strengthening your confidence! ❤❤❤

there is not a day where I hear my parents say something about my acne, there is not a day where a kid stares and asks " what are those red bumps?" there is not a day where I stand I front of a mirror wishing to be more prettier than other girls, there is not a day where I obsess over my acne, there is not a day that I search up "clear acne" 5 times a day, there is not a day where I envy girls, and there is not a day where I feel like I want to hide away from all the comments and stares. some days I want to scream, I'm a teenager, I'm supposed to go through this. look at me, not my acne. why do you let my confidence level drop because of red bumps.

I tried all acne medications available but it was no good. I even tried many diets and advice but in the end i got some metabolism disorder and I ended up with even more acne. My last hope was to try special laser treatments and when that failed too, it seemed I will never find solution. Then I run across this page. It’s name is: *AcneCureOnline. To be honest, in my opinion, I live for those whispers and comments they say about me. Cause when I'm training and weight lifting I need that type of motivation. Use it as motivation no matter how great you think about yourself, life will take your biggest fears and use them against you. The biggest problem is we think too much of ourselves which can lead to our downfall you must except life and understand it's tests and obstacles, these little things that you do will have a greater impact on your overall understanding of life. If you can find a way to use the negative comments into something positive that helps out alot. But that's in my perspectivem.

I cried once because of acne. The acne was at its worst. I got embarrassed in class when the teacher started talking about genetics and talking about how my genes mixed with the genes of another girl would give this and that result, which made both of us quite embarrassed. Everyone started laughing then this guy said "his face turned so red his red zits appear white". The day I got home that day I shed some tears.

I know what you're talking about. I felt the same way. The only way you will become comfortable with it is that you change your attitude and confidence. It is ok to break down. Just have an escape method from the world, wether that is taking a walk or run or reading. For me it's listening to music. Just something to get your mind off it. There is people that care about you that don't care about your flaws. Things change and everything will get better. Somehow it always does. Just stay humble towards others and find the people that love you for you. Talk to them and surround yourself with them. They will be the ones there when you are having your bad days. Those are the ones that will help you get out of this faze. If you wanna talk just reply saying so and I'll give you something u can contact me with! Stay strong my brother

The people that are being negative and rude about other people, are doing it because they are not happy with themselves. They need healing as well, and at the end of the day, your are going to always rise above the negativity they throw at you, because you have learned to accept yourself as you are, while they suffer trying to find themselves. This video was absolutely amazing, and you are an amazing person for sharing this.

I can relate... Many nights I've cried myself to sleep when people get only 1 zit and they say" oh my gosh u guys I have a pimple it's so gross" I have so many and they can't feel what hurts or not because they are not me. When I go to school I avoid trying to look people in the eye and when people look at me they whisper saying"look at that girl having acne, she probably doesn't wash her face." And when strangers say that it hurts me even more that they notice from 12 feet. My friends never pointed out that I had a pimple but I have so many forming on my face. People out there that are blessed with clear skin won't understand until their face is full with acne. Everyone is different and not everyone is the same but my story is happening everywhere to people that are struggling with this type of situation... When I'm at the store and I checkout, the cashier will say" do u need some proactive" and I feel like dying when someone suggests something that they can't relate to. If u understand what I'm going through please like

This really hit me man. I don't have acne, but I do have a lazy eye which I think about in the back of my head pretty much 24/7. I've had 3 surgeries for it which didn't help that much, but as I get older I'm slowly learning to not only accept it, but embrace it. I can totally relate to the "trying to be a tough guy" side of it. If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude towards it.

I've had very bad acne for three years now. I'm 17 and doing my sophomore year in college. Every time I get more and more assignments, I think I get stressed and cause more (cystic) acne as well as regular acne. I've been called names, been made fun of, and been belittled on so many levels by people, and I don't know why they do it. They will tell me, wash your face" "you're so shiny it's gross" " dude don't let your crush see your checks or she won't go out with you", and all kind of trash that I'm tired of taking. They will yell out, "proactive!" Or "Clearasil" or tell me to eat more healthy even though I eat very well, exercise daily, and wash my face cautiously and with care. Sorry for ranting so long, but I'm so tired of being ashamed of my skin. I've had good friends throw water in my face and also they've thrown paint at me at school. While they may not notice it, it sucks. If you have acne you know that you try to look your best(even if it's bad) when you go out or are around people you like. Splashing stuff like that takes off all the lotion, makes your face red, and it's just so frustrating regardless. Then proceed to make fun of how you care so much when they don't understand. I've been to my doctor and tried many topicals along with three drugs. One of them being doxycycline. I'm due to visit a dermatologist in September to be put on Accutaine. Quite frankly, I'm nervous for the side effects but I'm getting to the point where it's worth the risk. I'm thinking of documenting it on my channel but I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to do it. Thanks Internet:) thanks for letting me rant.

We have already expended a hefty amount of money trying various acne cures for over a year now but not one of them had worked. I am thankful that we`ve found out this guide. We observed an apparent distinction within a couple of days and within a few weeks her acne had cleared up.

I have acne too, for amost 5 years now and a few weeks ago I stopped wearing Make -up and with that I finally stopped hiding the pain that comes with acne for me. I used to wear Make -up for more than 5 years to cover myself because I hated the way I looked. But now, looking at myself, my skin is much better right now, I am so proud that I took this big step, I feel free. Seeing videos like that gave me the power to do it, because they showed me, I am not alone. And the best thing is that I got so many positive reactions on it and I become happier every day

I've had sooo many little kids come up to me & ask "what are those red things on your face?" & "why do you have so many pimples/red bumps" & it really gets to me but I just laugh it out & say "because I do" but it really hurts. So many people have told me I have so much acne & it does hurt, always. I try so much to get rid of them but I can't but I really hate that I have all this acne & it does make me insecure, a lot. Hey dude! I have acne and I'm only twelve years old. Don't worry about dude, trust me before you know you'll have the clearest and healthiest skin ever. I've gone through everything in my life sad because i have Acne and i can't control it because both my parents had it and now it's hormonal for me and my sister. I've always imagined a day with a clear face. But honestly acne keeps me alive, it gives me a new perspective on life. Always live life to the fullest. If there's anything you need help with I'll leave some nice comments for you. I take Doxycycline now and my face is clearing up a lot now. I only get like 1-2 pimples a month. Always remember karma will get those bullies bad. Don't worry man. Your videos are extremely helpful and they've kept me very happy in life.

I'm 14 and currently have a clear face, when I was 12-13 I had bad acne and abrasions on my face, my skin on my face always had big pimples and scars left over from abrasions, people didn't directly bully me, but when they ignore you straight out and hint that they notice your acne towards you, it really hurt, I was really sad the past year as some of the worst moments of my life occurred, we're both young man, life will not get better soon, we still have lots to overcome, but honestly living a life with difficulties rather than a life with no problems is much more rewarding and satisfying, people who used to bully me have lots of acne all over their face now, and there's a kid named Clyde who used to bully me the most has cystic acne nowadays, I really want to talk shit to him for having acne as revenge, but honestly I don't want anyone to go through such pain and loneliness. Remember guys, don't let people bring you down, use the things they throw at you and stack them up and go up, never get hit down, just go up without ever doubting yourself because someone will always be there for you and love you. Much love guys, hope y'all overcome everything and anything in life!

Oh man I've been living with relatively clear skin for the last few years (clear for my standards) and have repressed all these memories about what it was like to have bad acne. This makes the 14yo girl inside me feel like she's found a much needed friend. I was so alone and I remember that my weight and acne overshadowed every moment in my life. Every time I entered a room my first thought would be "yap, once again you have the worst skin here." When I was 14 I already had acne all over my shoulders and back and I was just a little girl. Thank you so so much for this video, it was so cathartic. We would have been close friends if we knew each other as kids.
