Hobz and Keys consistently using notes is the best character development in the entire kh and Pokémon series

Can't wait till we have Keizaron playing a Pokémon game while JHobz speed runs watching the recoded movie.

The breakdown with the notes really did help my understanding of getting into speedruns. I had never thought to watch lower placed speedruns before, but that makes a lot of sense considering no one can play in the top 5 right away. Thanks for the video, I love the KZread vods as well as the live content!

I learned to read information on screens quickly for my job and I have no idea how Keizaron saw that Squirtle has 12 Special in the beginning.

The 2 digits of the special are in exactly the same position as the Max HP. The variance is small enough at that time that it (likely?) needs only the digit in the ones place to know the actual value. One thing that helps here is that the 2 is the same as the 2nd digit of his max HP 22, so that digit doesn't change when that stat screen flash happens. Rewatch that momentary screen, and you should be able to spot the 12 yourself!

I really liked the stuff at the end with going through notes so if you guys did that more I'm 100% down for it. Also more Kingdom Hearts vs Pokemon stuff is always fun to watch!

This is amazing for new runners I used to Sr resi 2 remake very early for my own enjoyment the fastest I hit was 1hr 20 mins which has been destroyed by people hitting under 1hr the note taking was really helpful I did it and it simplified everything however I never did anything truly competitive I enjoy this but I'm don't have the time to keep trying now lol this is great to help new people well done to both of you

I’d really love to see an all characters run of BbS on GDQ one day. I love how different the runs are.

i love this mix you guys are amazing and so much fun to watch,have to say my favorite was megaman legends but you two are a blast and i cant speak high enough of gdq and all you guys do, keep up the amazing work

I am a simple person I see a pokemon speed run I click. I see kingdom hearts speed run I click. I see both I click as fast as I possibly can

You also can't do a glitchless R/B run where you catch any Pokemon because throwing a ball causes the music to glitch temporarily, so main switching to a wild is a glitch.
