The Feynman Technique: How to Learn Anything Faster!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

If you want to learn anything faster, you need to know the Feynman technique. Richard Feynman was famous for his work in theoretical physics, but he also invented and popularized this mind-blowing learning technique. This simple hack will help you learn anything fast.

    1) choosing what you want to learn 2) simple and clear explaination 3) read what you wrote and check if that makes sense or if there are any gaps 4) reread, find new resources and listen to explainations

Knowing v understanding. Simplification. Example Below 1. How gravity works at top of page 2. Concise explainations 3. Read explanations from start to finish. Increase understanding confirm what you know and what you don't. 4. Reread. Listen to knew sources. Repeat Keep language simple and concepts clear 1 understanding might branch into other understandings.

When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. The first sign - the Earth will spin faster. The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist. Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent. - banking collapse was deliberately masterminded by the Antichrist - Antichrist will step in and create a false peace in the state of Israel by joining them with palestine in an unlikely alliance. - „He will recite extracts from My Teachings, which he will passionately proclaim from every secular stage in the world, until people sit up and take notice of him.“ The Book of Truth mdmlastprophet.com/arab-uprising-will-spark-global-unrest-italy-will-trigger-fall-out/ mdmlastprophet.com/the-time-for-the-schism-in-the-church-is-almost-here-and-you-must-get-prepared-now/

While going through grad school in physics, I was tasked with teaching lab courses to undergraduate, non-physics majors. It was how I came to understand undergraduate physics, by learning how to explain it to others. I never had to teach courses in quantum mechanics, so I still don't understand quantum mechanics.

You just confirmed my suspicion that colleges are a scam! - The grad students learn by teaching the undergrads, the research scholars learn by teaching the grad students, and the professors learn by teaching the research scholars. - The bottom layer-the undergrads-are not learning anything. They are fodder to enable the layers above them to learn. - The undergrads are also the only ones paying fees. Everybody above them is making money off of them via salaries, scholarships, and stipends. - The only way the undergrads can learn and make money is if they all become grad students and teach an even larger number of undergrads. The very definition of a Ponzi scheme!

i have been doing this without knowing what it is called, based on my experience this is the slowest method to get a good grades at university, BUT this technique is good to deeply understand something, and you will mostlikely will remember it forever. yes, getting a good grades and deeply understand something is different. some of you may wondering what is the fastest way to get a good grades at university? the answer is: learn how to do it, how to get the correct answer even without knowing what it means, do multiple problem example exercises. at the day of the test just repeat what u know about how u suppose to finish a problem, but after the test end, in the next 1 semester i dont think you will remember anything from that

If I couldn’t derive it from first principles, I could never understand it. At uni, we were just presented with the Schrödinger wave equation with no explanation. To this day, I don’t really understand the equation. When I started tutoring high school physics, that was a real exercise in the Feynman technique. If you can’t explain it to a 14 year old, you don’t understand your subject

I think it is a misnomer to call this process "faster", because to do it right takes a lot of time, especially if you are trying to teach to someone of a totally different culture. "Better", "more thorough", etc, are more accurate labels for learning until it truly sticks enough to teach it to a child, specially when it comes to teaching skills. I have often struggled to be able to teach some skills that come easy to me (like perfect pitch or music improvisation), to someone who doesn't have a clue, yet I can teach it to children with *natural talent* for the skill, who in turn would only be able to show it is obvious to them, and not be able to understand why some people are too "stupid" to get it. Perhaps The Feynman Technique works best for pure academic subjects, because I think skills are best learned by just trying them out. You cannot really learn swimming outside of water. And yet, after many years, many classes, reading books, and untold hours of practicing, I cannot correctly breathe while swimming, even though my theoretical understanding of the subject is quite thorough, and I am a pretty fast swimmer. I guess I just don't have the *natural talent* for it.

if you want to understand something, first you need to understand that something. Like gravity or quantum mechanics or how blockchain works. Once you understand how those things work, you are ready to understand them. No matter if you are tick as a brick. Quantum mechanics?- easy1 Just understand it and you will understand it.

Listen and write the most important facts on paper. That's what works best. Second to use the things in practice For me business interaction is mandatory to learn now. Psychology is most important to learn i think. To know bodylanguage and read people gives a big advantage.

2 university degrees and 3 more in the works, I can tell you with confidence that you must do all the work and simply pay someone to check the boxes - in other words, do what you enjoy learning about and your friends will be pissed when you’re the smart ass 😁
