    I’m familiar with a majority of these technics; sketches, maps, layouts help but you hitting the specific time frame; modern way of living puts strains on your learning due to your busy life, so wan do you, you cram and keep on coming back to refresh the retain information; the persistence is the key! You read and read then keep on coming back!
