Hurray for fixing the world! You did it so quickly and seamlessly! Super heros! I'm so glad we could connect. You are such a super Mom- It's so cute to see how you are with your kids. You are making me so curious about El Salvador. I'd like to hear what you don't like about it as well. We can save that for the next thing we do, huh! So I have a lot to say- First, your hair up looks so amazing! Classy and elegant. You are just a beautiful lady! And that's not creepy because I'm married and all that jazz. I so hear you about it being hard with friends. I'm so glad I found a few Swedes that I'm getting close with. It really does take time. Another thing I'm interested in is how the language affects your life. And I'm just so happy to watch this and to catch all the joy just pouring off of you. It's so refreshing. Hi Carol! I found you channel last night. I love it. Your family is adorable. It is so nice to know you love El Salvador so much! I was born there but moved to the States in my early teenage years. I visited like 12 years ago. Now I'm amarried and would love to take my Chinese-American husband to visit and see how beautiful my birth country is and not to worry about how things are portrayed in the news. It's always the negative things, but El Salvador is so much more than that.

Our little country is amazing🇸🇻.. I wish you much success in El Salvador💙

Thank you! Multitasking is a funny thing sometimes I'm on top of it other times I burn my kettle to my stove 🤪 in my defense I had a toddler and a cholicy newborn at the time. I love my family and am grateful everyday I found them 💙

I’m from El Salvador living in Oklahoma. I have 2 wonderful children with a gringa well, some (Cherokee, Osage and some European decent countries) so - my kids are like a pupusa revuelta. I love the southern region, I even started listening to country music. I am not used to eating grits; which it seems to be something big around here especially for breakfast. Anyway, I myself would like to think I’m a citizen of the world and so are my kids. Yes, moms are awesome like Wonder Woman as they can fix anything - including the world. Thanks for enjoying my country and embracing my culture as I love your country and embraced your culture. My heart is now divided; which is absolutely fine.

I completely understand the divided heart but I think its like when you have your second child...your love doesnt split in half your heart simply doubles in size

This was an unexpected treat. :D Very far from boring, I watched Epic Kate Bjärgvide's expat tag vid this morning, Was linked to this channel where I saw non-lumpy gummy bears, and subscribed to show support, completely unaware That there would be a new video today. This was neat! (We actually had a missionary to Sudan visit my church this week, And I'm not sure your family would want to go there anytime soon, But hopefully someday the situation there will greatly improve, Enough that y'all could live there if you had ambition to do so.) I like this tag, as we get to learn about expat experiences in each video. :)

I experiment with videos, but they're merely supplemental To what I write in various KZread comment sections. My goal is to have the best commenting channel That I can, making the world brighter with my reflections. With the platform of KZread, it really is the whole world; Like, I can reach a Kate in Sweden or a Carol in El Salvador, Then their brighter days affect the days of other boys and girls... How cool is that?!? It edifies me to use such power to pour Encouragement into other people who spread their positivity. I find it rewarding like the Bible depicts in Proverbs 15:23. :D

You can find apple pie and pumpkin pie at San Martin bakery, pumpkin is seasonal and apple pie is available year-round from what I remember :)

Yeah....they are good... But it's not the same as grandmas recipe and it's pricey. They have pumpkin pie at pricesmart right now too and tiny pie pumpkins for $4 (about half the price of selectos) so I'm totally going to make one from scratch next week 😜

Not having a target may be a breaker for me...but not having snow may take care of that!
