The Even More PERFECT LEG WORKOUT (You Need To See This!!)

Ready to blow up those legs and get some serious growth? Let’s get after it!
Not really much to say other than this was a complete workout (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves). It took forever to film and forever to do and it was tough… So I know you can take a few things from this and turn those chicken legs into drumsticks.
Sets/Reps:
Walking Lunges: 3 Sets / Bodyweight until warm then 30 Reps
Hacksquat: 3 Sets / 15 Reps
Hack Quad Variation: 3 Sets / 20 Reps
Leg Press (Glute Dominant/Halfway up): 3 Sets / 30 Reps
Hip Abductors (Glute Band + Lean Forward & Back): 3 Sets / 30 Reps
Lying Leg Curl: 4 Sets / 20 Reps
Seated Calf Raise + Anterior Tibialis Raises: 8-10min of blowing them up
Let me know what video you want next.
