The Even More PERFECT LEG WORKOUT (You Need To See This!!)
Ready to blow up those legs and get some serious growth? Let’s get after it!
Not really much to say other than this was a complete workout (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves). It took forever to film and forever to do and it was tough… So I know you can take a few things from this and turn those chicken legs into drumsticks.
Sets/Reps:
Walking Lunges: 3 Sets / Bodyweight until warm then 30 Reps
Hacksquat: 3 Sets / 15 Reps
Hack Quad Variation: 3 Sets / 20 Reps
Leg Press (Glute Dominant/Halfway up): 3 Sets / 30 Reps
Hip Abductors (Glute Band + Lean Forward & Back): 3 Sets / 30 Reps
Lying Leg Curl: 4 Sets / 20 Reps
Seated Calf Raise + Anterior Tibialis Raises: 8-10min of blowing them up
Let me know what video you want next.

Man, Ryan, thanks. I’ve been doing the bro thing and lifting heavy consistently, these work outs have helped me focus on the muscle and not what my body was capable of so I could actually make myself better. Thank you.
As I’m walking in the gym and looking at your channel for some solid leg workout I realised you just posted a video about it... God’s will! Thank for an amazing content man!
Just got done with this workout. Absolutely miserable, painful, brutal. Thank you! I’ve been looking for a challenge.
No BS straight to the point quality content as always. Keep up the great work ❤️ I hope gyms open soon in india as well
Ryan is “spot on” with his theories and guidance...and f’n hilarious at the same time. Awesome posts! 👍
“The reason women use these all the time is because they f*ckin work” 😂 truue! Super happy you included calves, definitely neglected a lot!
Every one of your videos has a moment that makes me laugh out loud, keep up the great work!
Athlean X condensed into fast workouts with targeted results... Love this channel Ryan!!!
As usual, informative and to the point. No filler. Great sense of humor too.
those little cues for hamstring curls are amazing.. after 15 years of training I think I did them right for the first time in my life.. first rep and I felt both hamstrings right away like never before and I loaded half the weight I used to before... best advice I've seen on yb in a long while
Ryan, you should do an updated supplement video and talk about what you recommend people taking and what has worked for you. Really love the content! You’re changing my life :)
Love your workout videos. Short straight to the point funny and most important the exercises work.
Just started watching and I am loving it. The leg and other workouts I am going to try. It looks worth it. Every little bit counts..👍
Such a genuine guy... Thaaaank you!
I always feel like getting after it and getting growing after these videos!

Loving this content bro! Such simple tips that most don't think of. Brilliant!
You hit all the right exercises! Great job, keep up the good work. Appreciate all your advice and keep sharing! What I want to see or help with is stubborn hamstrings and front delts, thx!
As usual ....this video is just an usual one...I mean the usual one of very high quality of info and without any BS!!!! Love this channel!
“But when I get warm, I feel like a fucking horse. If anyone gets too close to me I’ll kick ‘em in the face.” Subscribed 😂
I have been following you for a month! You really got revealing tips in the way you work out. Every single video is worth to watch. Could you make a video on how to develop the inner chest? I got pretty wide chest but other than the cable fly with a single arm, I am not able to make a great connection.
Ryan, great video! Love your content. Can you talk more about how often your hitting each muscle group, what does a week look like for you?
Ryan - thank you for these tips I will definitely try. 👏👍👍🙏
My workouts are just crazy for 3 months now...creativity + psychopath = results. Okay 53 years old and I have added 1.5 inches just to arms, 3 inches to chest. Just by utilizing the knowledge you have been spewing on this channel. Thanks!
Love this video. All the different leg exercises .. awesome
As usual great video, informative and humour love it. Thank you 😊 👍🏾👏🏾

@@LeoJr_I'd actually do hams first. It helps warm up the quads (reciprocal inhibition). I started doing this recently and it does work! Lunges/unilateral work I'd leave to the end of the workout. But his legs look better than mine, so I'm probably just an a-hole keyboard warrior.
Such great videos - thanks Ryan. so glad I discovered this channel.
Watching videos for three months now, getting crazy strong, diets still suck ass but thank you so much. Bad Ass Man Bod
Man this guy is the best unlike the other trainer they be explain to much shit this guy is straight forward. Video short nice brief explanation and on to the workout

He has a ton of great content! Just throwing it out there I recently started a channel, very small because its brand new but I have been lifting for over 8 years and have experience with multiple trainers and have competed in bodybuilding as well. In my videos I talk about everything from diet advice to lifting techniques. If you do check it out and find it helpful lemme know! If not, all good!
Love the chancel. New sub. You go straight to the work out and not talk for 30min just to explain something so simple.
Thanks for the hand placement!!! Great info
This guy is witty and funny. Not to mention very knowledgeable.
Thanx alot Ryan

Just hit this work out and that was prolly my best leg day in a long time
8 minutes video feels much better than a 2 hour long comedy movie.
One of the most underrated dry senses of humor out there---and he does it with a completely straight face.
These are some good tips 😀 thank you
