Home construction is scheduled to begin in May of 2024 and we are accepting presales. 3 of the first 13 lots are under contract as of the posting of this video. Prince Farms will be built in 2 phases with phase two coming about 6 to 12 months after phase 1.
Starting prices begin in the $750,000 range and go up from there. The floor plans begin in the 2900 sqft range and go up to a little over 3900 sqft.
