What a crazy year 2020 was! It certainly shaped the real estate market in Tennessee to what it is today in 2021 and it looks like we may see more of the same in the Middle TN area for the moment. Higher prices, high buyer demand, high building prices, and low interest rates are all continuing their trends. It will continue to be a sellers market in 2021.
