Hellooooo!! - Yes, it's Just One More Watch...well..it's actually Al from the watch channel with Jody's new watch release, the Erebus Origin!
Jody kindly sent me one of these for review & asked me to be as brutal as I wanted & I promised I would take an unbiased look at it!
So....take a look at the video for my thoughts on the watch...
In term of specs, you have:
41mm diameter exc. crown, 47mm top to bottom lugs, 12.5 thickness & 20mm end links.
200m water-resistance, A sapphire crystal with AR coating, a 120 click unidirectional ceramic bezel with inlaid BGW9 Super-Luminova markings. 316L steel case with brushed finishing. The Bracelet is a rounded H link style, similasr to the Sinn U1 bracelet with quick release spring bars for ease of removal. screwed links & a quick adjustment extension built into the bracelet round out the timepiece.
Inside the case, you have the venerable Seiko NH35A. The matte pebble-dash dial is slathered with BGW9, as are the broad hands turning the watch into a low-light monster that is legible throughout the wee hours of the night!!
Topping the package off , you have a 2 year international warranty for peace of mind & a lovely two watch case that will make an excellent travel companion to take your other favourite timepiece with you!

I liked the Erebus so much, I now have three. Black, blue, and white. Three great watches. I really like the dials, very legible. The H-link bracelet is very comfortable. I have the rubber straps on the blue and white dials - very good quality.
I have the White/Silver Dial, Flat Link, and I love mine. You can please some of the people all the time and all the people some of the time but… I was surprised how much better it was in person than the photos. Looking forward to the next one!

@@Wonky-Donkey I personally think it’s the best because my only criticism of the watch is I think the hands are a little too thick, but that’s not an issue with the white one.

I loved my purple on curved h link so much that after 5 hours on the wrist, I ordered one in red on flat H link. Also got the black strap pack with my original purchase. I love these watches!
I have the blue and black dial versions and they are great watches, less than 2 seconds off daily.
My Erebus loses around 6 seconds a day which is fine by me, I just run it 12 seconds fast and then it's good for 4-5 days until I repeat
I like my black one but the bezel is not aligned well... 😢 For $400 USD I did expect more.
Highly reminiscent of the Vanuatu. I bet they're made by the same Chinese suppliers. BTW - the demon's name used as the brand name here is spelled Ereb *u* s, not bis.
It looks like this and that? Simply pick another dial colour than black or white. Problem solved!
No it isn't. It is derivative and ugly imho.
