The Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, which was founded in 1808, originally under the title of “The Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the people of France after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now exclusively an American community. The Generalate of the Congregation is located in Auburn, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats throughout the United States and other countries when called upon. The Congregation also staffs rural parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky.

Are we ready to die right now?! We need to be! We need to be right with God through Jesus right now, because none of us know if we’re going to be alive in five seconds time. Any of us could drop dead right now from a stroke, heart attack or some accident. Once we are dead, it’s too late!! Get right with God through Jesus NOW: repent and believe. Don’t go to hell.

Those who love God with all their heart, mind, and soul… …will listen to every word of Jesus for they come from the Father (John 12:48-50). They are no longer blind to God's word but the truth has been revealed to them by His Holy Spirit (John 14:26). We know without doubt Jesus came to testify of the Father and to finish His work (John 4:34). We believe when Jesus said to the Father “you are the only true God” (John 17:3), or that the Father has given him life (John 5:26). Loving the Father is receiving all Jesus said to us and to do so without changing his word in any way or agreeing with things of the world (e.g., claiming Jesus Is God and blaspheming the Father). We only listen to the words of Jesus, not by picking random verses to prove Jesus is God. “But to us there is but *one God, the Father,* of whom are all things, and we IN him; and *one Lord Jesus Christ,* by whom are all things, and we BY him.” (1 Corinthians 8:6)

There is a better way of knowing Christ and the way he intended....The word of God is to be used as a reference to what the Holy Spirit reveals to us. It is about getting the evil spirits out and a fully restored soul becoming a beacon. ALL other ways do not lead us to Christ...but to his alter ego the Anti-Christ. The Bible is seeking knowledge vs Holiness!

I used to stress about being prepared, but then Pope Francis removed my concerns. He welcomes everyone to the sacraments without needing to be a rigid follower of the rules. He also says that anyone who rejects God simply gets annihilated so there's no eternal suffering. He is the vicar of Christ, Jesus's own representative here on earth so I have nothing to fear any more. It's funny, though, I used to laugh at the protestants, but now I realise that they were right all along...
