i have see 'cars' repaired like this. in Australia we can then "Dodgy Brothers Repairs' after a famous Australian comedy sketch.

I repaired an "A" pillar with foam an embedded steel rod and bog over the top....a long time ago, when I was very, very wet behind the ears. Drove the death trap for many years after that. I cringe just thinking about it.

I've seen worse... One of my toyotas had a rusted/broken frame held together with a U bolt: kzread.info/dash/bejne/h3eWrNupfrmzorw.html and they were driving it on the road before I bought it!

There are people who unironically fill their frames with foam and then the moisture wicks all along the inside channels between foam and metal and rusts it from the inside out 10 x faster. Unfortunately it's not a joke to them.

I've seen the same thing done on cab corners and rocker panels and it makes me cringe because it's like putting gas on a fire.

I did this with long strand fiberglass and flat black spray paint on a 70s bug 😂

Dont forget the sawdust in the rear diff....Thanks for the laugh....

Now THIS is a great example of what April Fools videos should be. Just dumb and an actual joke. Too many April Fools videos are just clickbait or outright lies now. No joke, no punchline, just 50x "why Im quiting" videos.
