The Easiest HOLLANDAISE Sauce

Don't be intimidated by Hollandaise sauce, because I know you like it and you should make it more often. Here is how :)
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1 lemon's juice
Water ~ 20ml
Butter - 50g
Salt, cayenne, honey (optional) - to taste
