In this one I share my tips for making this incredibly simple and delicious pasta - cacio e pepe. There are a few things you need to know about making it, that I've learnt the hard way, so let me show you what they are :)
Ingredients (serves 2):
Spaghetti ~ 120g
Pecorino ~ 1 cup, grated
Black pepper ~ 1tbsp

😁 Not at all, it’s living its second life (at least). I found it on the street a few years ago and have used it plenty since :)
