I just became a vegan because of kidney disease. I am really trying to do everything I can to keep the disease at bay. Learning how to cook vegetables for your health has been a challenge. KZread video has been a godsend to me. I am so pleased with all the information I have garnered. I have made this stir fry and it was yummy. What you said about letting the flavor of the vegetables shine through with the proper technique was an eye opener. Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🤗
