A very late reply, but have you seen the way William looks at her, Oh he knows how lucky he is to have her beside him and their love for each other it's plain to see. Their beautiful children are a testament to their love, they are both really special people.

@@jordann96x not sure why you’re cringing, but I feel like I should say there are lots of ways to be powerful as a woman :p Kate seems to be one of the few people able to inhabit the elusive double standard imposed on women- strong but not looking too strong, glamorous but humble, relatable but uncomplaining, etc. People shouldn’t expect women to act a certain way, but Kate manages to meet western society’s ideal of a female public figure, so more power to her.

Like counts also did go down once. It was above 71000 at one point. My opinion is that it may be that Harry and Meghan have their hands on this? I mean when Meghan did her book readings for the Bench, her downvotes were 3.5x more than upvotes and soon after youtube removed the downvote counts display. Now Cambridge's youtube view keep decreasing each day. Their like counts has decreased too. Google has deals with the Sussexes and Google owns youtube. A bit suspect.

How proud the people of the UK must be of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate. It is very un-nerving to play the piano before such an audience. The pressure is immense, especially when the entire world is watching. It wasn't a difficult piece but she did it beautifully. She's endlessly talented. I watched the engagement interview of William and Catherine again recently. He spoke with absolute certainty when he said she would be a smashing success. Can't believe our luck having her in that role. And you can see very clearly how much they love each other.

This made me cry. It's a beautiful song and actually seeing Katherine, Duchess of Cambridge, play the piano was incredibly heartwarming. Very real.

Dutchess Catherine is truly a very talented woman. I just saw pictures of her official portraits and the one where she is in white and not facing the camera and not smiling is just beautiful. She will truly make a magnificent queen when her time comes in twenty years or so. I love her piano playing and that sweet smile between the two performers is wonderful to see. She’s so humble she played as an equal to the other musicians. She didn’t try to take away the singer’s spotlight in any way. She just played beautifully and calmly in the background while focusing on the notes, and the fact that it’s for charity is so touching with the meanings behind the song, and when he turned to her at the end she just smiled back warmly she didn’t get up, and take the spotlight it’s like she’s saying “This isn’t about me”. Such a role model.

Just listened to this performance again and it brought my heart to tears. Princes of Wales is so humble, paying tribute and as a remembrance to the late Prince Philip, was for the late Queen who would have missed him so much. The line ' For those who can't be here,' was so apt and is. Princess of Wales oozes elegance humbleness kindness and goodness. God bless you Princess of Wales, Prince of Wales and your three adorable children and keep you safe.

I never get tired of watching this, now going on 11 months later. Such an inspirational song, performed so beautifully by Tom and our then Duchess, now Princess of Wales. Thank you for this touching memorial to those we lost. May God bless you for your kindness. God save the King and his family.

Such a hauntingly beautiful melody by Tom Walker and his singers and orchestra. An added surprise was having the lovely Duchess Catherine of Cambridge providing the piano accompaniment. This has so much meaning for those that have lost loved ones. A lovely tribute To Those Who Can’t Be Here

This brought tears to my eyes. Such a heartbreaking performance. Really makes you reflect on the pain we’ve all shared.

Everything about this is beautiful. The wife of a future King, from a working class background, playing backup for a regular guy who happens to have an incredible talent.

I'm American but a huge Anglophile. The Duchess of Cambridge is the very definition of class.

I am absolutely blown away by this piece. Not only is the track just truly wonderful, the artistic talents of all coming together - not least our most incredibly gifted secret pianist Duchess of Cambridge! Hairs are stood bolt upright on the back of my neck listening to this and the words have all the more resonance to me as we lost my heroic father last year!

I lost my dad on Tuesday. It was my eldest daughters wedding on Wednesday. Bitter sweet, im numb. Someone asked what I wanted for Christmas, I said nothing. But I want my dad. God bless you and your family Ian x

Beautiful 😍 Have to say kudos to Michael and Carole Middleton for raising their children with good, solid family values. This is clearly shown in Kate, Pippa and James’ adult life now. This whole family has so much class 👍❤️👏

EVERYTHING about Princess Catherine is simply authentic... and all the beauty just radiates out...

You can feel the love Catherine is trying to convey through her performance. She tries so hard to bring healing whilst others try so hard to bring division and animosity. Well done Catherine.

Somehow this song was the first thing that came to mind after I heard that the Queen died. This Christmas will be so very strange without her speech on TV🙁

Sorry for your loss, i lost my Grandma to myeloma on 180320 and it feels like yesterday. This song is emotional but reflective. I shed a few tears. It will get easier and i hope you are doing ok as you can be. 1 and 8 months on and things are getting better slowly but still have lost a huge part of me

For those saying that Catherine's piano playing is elemental, I say, at least she did it~~~and without fanfare. And she did it with love, out of love, for her husband's family who had their first Christmas without Prince Philip. Especially, though, for Her Majesty. That is love.

She is the epitome class and grace.

Amazing! The Duchess is so wonderful to have learned this skill and been willing to share in such a sentimental moment that means so much to many. ❤️
