The Drama Triangle | Coralina Chiriac | TEDxTineretului

Coralina's Talk takes an easy-to-follow approach that explains the way in which many relationships work and why they sometimes don't.
Enjoy a fun presentation that is meant to shed some light on the core behaviors that can sabotage relationships (and how to avoid having them).
Coralina is an integrative psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor and co-founder of The Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (A.R.P.I). She studied in the U.K, France, U.S and Germany and is specialized in trauma therapy, relational therapy and bodywork.
Her work is about supporting people in finding their authentic self and creating good relationships with themselves and others.
One of her biggest joys is teaching and spending time with groups at workshops. Her vision is to make psychoeducation more accessible for everyone.
Both in her job and her life she is passionate about exploring these questions: how can we make peace with our bodies and ourselves? How can we form satisfying, loving relationships? How can we create a stress-free life, filled with meaning, depth and happiness? This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Thank u so much this helped me understand my relationship with my mother and cousin. We lived togheter for 6 years and used to switch roles a lot through family fights. I played the role of the rescuer when my cousin used to be the victim and so did he for me. My mom was usually the villain but we all switched through the roles. It was a crazy vicious cycle that we grew up with. My cousin is 18 now and has moved out. Hopefully i will learn how to move to the winners triangle ang get better. Thank you!
