Vision of Hope is a centre in Wales helping young people get back on their feet after having a difficult start in life. The centre is also a fully-fledged home to several of our donkeys who literally help turn people’s lives around within this positive and loving environment.
In this short film, the Vision of Hope residents share their feelings on the difference donkeys have made to their lives.
The Donkey Sanctuary is an international animal welfare charity, based in the UK, working to protect and care for donkeys and mules.

Wonderful video.
Donkeys can read the energy coming out from us. They can sense a person in ways that we humans have lost the ability to do. They are incredible animals and I cannot imagine my life without them.
It has been my dream to work their we lost our home the bank took it away and i had to find a home for my donkeys i cant get over it ive tried suicide twice im lost without them they were my life 😭
I have just looked we have lots more about it in my job
