Our latest adventure took us to the Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue satellite adoption center in Perry, Oklahoma where we saw firsthand how smart and affectionate these lovable animals are. Known for their hard work, toughness and versatility, it’s easy to misunderstand donkeys. But even spending just a little time with them we learned a great lesson in what wonderful pets they make.
