I'm saying, back then , there was no shortage of killas in the city. Killas respect killas and stay outta each other way unless they bump heads for whatever reason. It's simply a matter of who gets who first. I know alot of dudes like him that got punished. Some are in. A handful slipped through the cracks and retired. That's how it goes. Wayne P ain't have D.C shook any more than Alpo locked it down.
