You know, you got to love movies. Sure, it's a cool scene there in the first clip. But in the 1960s, in the Bronx, no New York native would confuse what was going on when a random Italian guy in a three piece suit shows up and tells you it's time to go.

The reason Scorsese did this was because when he was growing up in the Bronx he would look out of a window to his right and hear music, you know "doo wop" playing and look to his left and see somebody getting a beating, it was a soundtrack to the hood and the happenings. De niro grew up around the corner so it would be sort of the same I guess.

@@ScumbagCinemaOfficial Yup. Almost finished the first series, Power, with only three episodes to go and that scene so far isn't in there, though Tommy (the guy in the above scene) is one of the main characters. Second series, Power Book II, is about Tariq, the son of the main character of the first series, so it might be in there because Tommy likely plays a part in it too, at least it would surprise me if he doesn't. Third series, Power Book III, is about Kanan's youth so it's not that one because that's a few decades in the past. Fourth and final series is about Tommy himself, so my guess is that the above is a scene from Power Book IV For anyone that hasn't seen it yet I highly, hiiighly recommend Power. It's a kickass TV show. The other three are supposed to be very good as well but haven't seen them yet

That's how it seems to me, since he immediately begins giving orders to other members of the crew outside of the vision of the bikers. Any clarification would be most appreciated.

No one is stealing your Nikes you bought from walmart, they are stealing your '21 Carmine edition white and red Jordans.
