The Dark Knight Returns - Christopher Drake: EXTENDED VERSION! - End Theme OST
An amazing extended/mix version of the Dark Knight Triumphant theme for The Dark Knight Returns. Note: nothing is in its original order or sequence, everything from start to end has been adjusted, edited and mixed up. This was just something i felt like trying again, it's been ages since last time.
If you got any suggestions for extended versions of your favorite song, let me hear them :) I feel like doing some more.
PS: Let's hope copyright claims don't pull it down, cause in no way is this intended for personal profit, or as commercial means or an attempt to spread illegal copies, it's just a tribute to an amazing song. All credits go to Christopher Drake for the OST.

This did not need to go this hard. Nothing needed to go this hard. This was a direct to video animated film. And my man just decides "I'm gonna lap Hanz zimmer just for fun." Madlad.
I really hope Cristopher Drake works on the next live action Batman movie.

Michael Giachhino is doing it, but I really desperately want Drake to return to a DC Animation, I would hope Superman: Red Son, but fredwick weedman is doing it :/

The The Dark Knight Returns both parts, are already good, but the soundtrack is just a masterpiece!

Top 5? For sure. *THE* Batman composer? I'd reserve that spot for either Nick Arundel or Shirley Walker personally. Arkham City's main menu theme and Mask of the Phantasm's main theme are practically fucking definitive in terms of being Batman's theme.

Danny Elfman for me, but Drake is the number 1.000000000000000000000001 composer.

Christopher Drake should be given the keys to the DCU kingdom. Let him compose everything. Even reuse all this amazing work that virtually nobody ever got to witness. This theme in particular is greatness.

Batman is a fighter, a savior, and the best character ever...
I love a lot of Batman themes. Especially the ones from the live action movies, but this one for me is the definitive one.

Dark knight returns is litteraly the script we need for the 3rd Michael Keaton Tim Burton batman film. Retcon forever and batman and Robin and bring Keaton back as batman at his actual age to take back control of Gotham.
