People seem to forget that batman is technical and a tactician. Notice how at first he only goes for the weak but hard to hit spots like the sides where it's nice and soft and your liver is chillin. Once he wears him down he goes for the main spots that the mutant has built up to take damage. Then once he's got him weak, stunned, and on his back he gets even more technical with the jiu jitsu holds and breaks his bones

GREAT Animated MOVIE still to this day. Shows that even when Frank Miller's first book on the shelves came only in books everyone I knew was wanting a movie of some sort on the Comics. It is just that good. If ever a movie is made they are nowadays to screw it up and piss everybody off. Hollywood can't seem to stick to the point of the story. They just can't really make good movies like they used to.

Some of the lines Batman has in this movie are so iconic and epitomise the essence of the dark knight like, "This isn't a mudhole; it's an operating table...and I'm the surgeon", and when addressing Superman after beating him down by using intelligence and force "I didn't have to go easy on you...I want you to remember that...in all the years to come, in your most private moments; I want you to remember the one man who beat you." There are plenty more that I could mention! I still don't feel any live action version or actor has been able to truly become the dark knight. The only one that came close was perhaps the dark knight trilogy in my opinion, but even that didn't fully give you that feeling that Batman is this supremely intelligent and highly trained martial artist that is formidable, unstoppable, inevitable and unable to be intimidated. Some sort of constant stalking shadow that never stops, cannot be overpowered and a source of terror. For me that's the true dark knight, and until a live action version portrays that and hones in that. I'll still prefer the animated versions. Edit: This scene from "Batman: Gotham Knight - The Dark Knight" also demonstrates what I mean... kzread.info/dash/bejne/X4N7mNGAma3diqw.html&ab_channel=FlashbackFM

Out of the hundreds of time I've watched this scene I never noticed batman going into the mud with the mutant leader
Every strike every cut every second was calculated thought out and very very tactical....... I love it
Something tells me to stop with the leg...I don’t listen to it.
This how you make punches have weight to them

Some of the finest thing in the world : 1) Diamond 2) Batman combos
This clip shows why Batman was so formidable not only was he physically strong he was also an expert tactician. He knew on a one to one combat the Mutant leader had the advantage being younger and physically stronger than him so he compensated this by fighting in a mud pit and using superior combat strategy to slow him down and weaken him. Managers should be shown this clip to explain what good strategy is.
we need this in a live action Batman movie
Favorite part 2:00 - 2:23, the way he destroys him with those body punches and front kick in the end is amazing. This whole fight is awesome
“Okay, son. Show me.”. Badass.
I srsly did not expect this movie to be that freaking good! Even the soundtrack gave me goosebumps!!!
Potentially hot take: this fight was better than the Superman fight at the end of the comic/Part 2. Don’t get me wrong. Love the Superman fight too, but this one feels more... gritty? Is that the right word? It’s more down to Earth. We’re not bring thrown through buildings, it’s literally just a mud hole (which is actually an operating table).
And *That’s* how you takeover an empire

You know it’s over when Batman calls you son.
"And you are not too bright" He should have stopped fighting him at that moment and go cry to corner :D
“Your slow old man” “We’re all slow when we’re thigh deep in mud, and your not too bright” Best Batman comeback ever
Mad respect to the mutant though the dude could throw down.
When you saw Dad and Mom Beat Up other People to protect you 😮😮
In this universe, Bane definitely did not break the Bat.
This fight is simple, yet the feels are so heavy. Ya get me?
GREAT Animated MOVIE still to this day. Shows that even when Frank Miller's first book on the shelves came only in books everyone I knew was wanting a movie of some sort on the Comics. It is just that good. If ever a movie is made they are nowadays to screw it up and piss everybody off. Hollywood can't seem to stick to the point of the story. They just can't really make good movies like they used to.
The mutant leader has the same voice of young kratos

True
When fighting your inner demons, slow them down, take a breath, and keep fighting.
This animation was way ahead of its time .total 🔥
Batman so op they try to nerf him with age it did not work
I loved this version of batman more than any other
One of the best fight scenes Not just in the DC Universe Not just in all animated works But in all of the fight scenes ever made.
Imagine a Dark Knight game by Rocksteady with the same voice actors of the animated movie
Mutant Leader would be decent for Injustice 3!
0:01 When you get out of the shower and its cold
0:20 I don't know why but I hear Kratos voice threatening batman LOL
Best brutal Batman fight ever on DC movies !🔥

I think the joker fight in part 2 was better because Jesus both of them snapped
I feel like Batman is the T-800 because he knows pressure points and what kind of cuts work in a fight. He said peg Batman? My man Batman ain’t going let that happen
I like how they really convey the slowness as a way of emphasizing power and weight with each blow
BANE: “Okay, I can't breake him anymore! Imma heading out first!”
"It's an operating table...and I'm a surgeon!!!".
Two things I want to say Imagine the beating delivered if he was ten years younger. Granted he is old, why pick a fight with someone who fought aliens, demons, machines, and ancient warriors, etc., and gods and lived.
Batman with prep time... brutal
