This book, at least this introduction, is so boring. Normally I love reading. But this is so drawn out, dull, backtracking, and needlessly embellished that it almost put me to sleep. It feels like I'm enslaving reading over this book, all because my school curriculum says I have to.

I hope the book itself is more enjoyable than the introduction! I've never read so much to understand so little.

This book is next in my reading challenge, and i was wondering could i skip the introductory or not. I'm not a big fan of introduction and afterwords, though sometimes i read them. I'm just into the main story. But this part seems important in the book so i didn't know whether to skip it or not. Thoughts? It also seems so damn long. Man.

An hour and forty minutes for the introduction? I am so fucked trying to read this book.

You can skip this chapter altogether. It talks about the author being let go from his government due to change in presidential adminstrations. It talks of his lament and happiness of leaving a bad job and terrible staff. This chapter has absolutly nothing to do with the main story except for about 5 minutes staring around

I’ve never wanted to kill myself more then when I’m listening to this intro but thank you for making the audiobook I would be fucked if a had to read it

in what world is a book introduction... INTRODUCTION... almost two fucking hours long
