    Some Yakitori restaurants will sometimes reuse skewers that were used internally (not given out to customers), e.g. for things that need to be grilled and then served without skewer, or for employee training. They're washed in that case and only reused once. The yen is low and good wooden skewers are surprisingly expensive.

    many yakitori restaurants reuse skewers - the carbonization hardens them every time they're used, making it easy to develop a sharp tip for skewering. The heat of the grill eliminates any potential pathogens.

    世間知らずもいいとこだろ、東京の有名焼肉店、ミシュランの有名焼き鳥も仕込み素手ですがw そもそも仕込み時に手袋って衛生というよりも油避けの側面が多いからな?こういうばか一定数いるんだよな
