00:13 - JBL inducts the Brisco Brothers 10:33 - Brisco Brothers speech I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments confusing the Brisco Brothers with the BriscoE Brothers. This is a good opportunity for you to do some research and get to know a little more about those who contributed to pro-wrestling being what it is today. Jack Brisco is one of the greatest pure wrestlers of all time, a two time All American and a former NCAA champion, he's also one of the greatest NWA World Heavyweight Champions of all time (i would put him on the top 10). Gerry was a member of the 1968 NCAA National Championship team. He won over 20+ championships during his pro-wrestling career. The duo won several regional Tag Team Titles, including the NWA and the WWF tag team championship. Jack and Gerry acquired minority interests in Georgia Championship Wrestling in 1982, and in 1984, after that, they convinced a majority of shareholders to sell their stakes to Vince McMahon. (This resulted on that Black Saturday episode and the WWF run with TBS from 1984 to 1985). Jack retired in 1985 while Gerry continued to work with McMahon to help make the World Wrestling Federation, now World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), a global business.

For me Jack was the it factor in the brothers tag team. I remember when Jack beat Dory for the world title. I think Jack held it for a couple of years. He then walked into the office of I believe Eddie Graham and said he was burned out and didn't want to be the world title holder anymore. He has and always will be my favorite wrestler. Jack was a legitimate tough guy. Right up there with Harley and Haku. Jerry was no slouch either. The greatest tag team bar none ever.

Well fuk me JBL made a damn compelling argument for them being the best team
JBL did a fantastic job on this introduction
It’s alarming how many supposed wrestling fans can’t tell the legendary Brisco brothers to the indie ones. It’s why I can’t take many indie fans seriously

That’s one thing most fans should absolutely know bro, they aint even spelt the same brah
Jack Briaco didn't give up 1 point is a remarkable accomplishment
Great induction by a great performer.
That was legendary
I had the pleasure of spending part of my youth growing up in the Florida wrestling territories and met Jack and Jerry several times. They were the nicest, most professional men you could ever want to meet.
Bradshaw looks freaking good for he's age. I loved when their were playing poker all the time ahh
As a Native American, its heart warming to see Bradshaw say what he did about Christopher Columbus.

You're Brainless clearly, JBL is a Liar about Christopher Columbus, native Americans should be forced to pay for stuff like Fishing and Hunting Licences, 🤬
There’s no greater HOF induction speech than this! They don’t make it like this anymore!!! Damnnnn!
R.I.P Jack Brisco 🙏🏻🙏🏻🕊🕊
Just drove by the old Brisco Bros. Body shop. It's still there, but another business now. Met a lot of wrestlers here in Tampa, but never a Brisco.🍻

Jack never beat dory for the title.dory dropped it to Harley, then he dropped it to jack .old man funk would not allow dory to lose to jack.

How rude are the people when introducing JBL. The guy was a perfect heal. Respect.

lol well as a perfect heel that's exactly the reaction you want from the fans. You have to remember that JBL was still active at the time, he wrestled fan favorite Finlay at Wrestlemania the next day, so of course he was going to get booed 😉.

I'm envious, though I've been watching Wrestling since the mid to late '70's, (Sat. night, 12:00 AM-1AM) n Vince McMahon was the ring announcer, through to recent times, ( sporadically). I've only had the pleasure of setting up/ taking down ( staying to watch the Nights Matches) in MSG during the early '90's.
That was great.
I was like: "The Briscoe Brothers? How did Jay and Mark end up there?!" But, yeah... The Brisco Brothers.

JBL deserves more respect then he gets, i get it he was a massive heel, but that should not matter.
You gotta hand it to JBL. He knows how to give a damn good induction speech.

Seen the Briscos battle the Funks more times than i can count down in Tampas Armory.
"Jerry Brisco" MR.Mac-mannnnnn lol
I grew up watching the Briscos going against the Funks.
if the Hall of Fame had any legitimacy, Jack Briscoe would definitely go in by himself. And Jerry Briscoe may not make it, maybe essay, backstage person
I wanna know what happened in Gerald's hotel room in Seattle.
Mr.MACMahon is so proud of Mr. Brisco!
I want to talk like JBL...
