The Our Town and Stephen King Venn Diagram was two totally separate circles until this bit, and I am grateful.

What’s even funnier is that Our Town doesn’t even happen in Maine!
I am from coastal Maine and I can tell you that the primary population is seagulls and people from Boston on vacation.

the unique factor is that *this one* makes them stab butts also
geo I think you're the only person who draws Griffin as his actual height (i.e. slightly taller than Travis) and while it always weirds me out a little to remember he's not actually half the size of his brothers I do appreciate the commitment to realism

@@bluejeans4369 yep! if you go watch something like the mbmbam tv show or the video of the brothers at E3, Griffin is SURPRISINGLY tall in comparison to Travis (or maybe Travis is just shorter than expected, idk)

I think on Griffin and Rachel’s podcast Wonderful, Rachel comments on the fact Griffin is the tallest, but people don’t realize it because of his poor posture 😅

Isn't it funny their heights go in reverse age order?
Travis' utterly terrible accent version of "Steven King was roooiiiiiiiggggghhhhhttttt" destroys me
I grew up in coastal Maine and Travis’s Maine accent is actually like pretty much spot on. It dips into a little bit of a 1940s radio voice but all in all I could see him hauling traps and drinking allens out of a tin mug. wicked good guy.

That is an incredible likeness of Stephen King. (also I love Griffins OFMD tee-shirt.)
As someone from Maine and who goes to the same school Stephen King went to, I can confirm that The Bony Butt Stabber does exist he has taken many of my friends.
The animations add so much to the comedy the brothers already have

Honestly, I would pay for a full animated episode of the podcast. It's the only change to the medium that makes it better.
"The Skateboard of Ghost Ravine" sounds more R. L. Stine's Goosebumps than Stephen King, but it would be a good Goosebumps.
THE BROTHERS CANT DO A MAINE ACCENT FOR SHIT AND I AM ALL FOR IT

I love this bit because Our Town isn't even set in Maine. New Hampshire and Maine are similar enough. But I love the our town references.
I live 2 streets over from King. Maybe I should visit and put this on for him.

Yall laugh but this is the man who wrote "the evil clown was a giant spider in a war with a turtle and after killing it the kids have an orgy which restores their sanity" so the butt stabbing skeleton is not even on the top 10 list of most weird Stephen King things
all knives can turn people into skeletons if you wait long enough!
as someone who played mr webb in an our town production this one fuckin killed me
There is not a single moment in this bit that could possibly be weirder than some of the shit King has actually written. And thats probably the best thing about it
@Rabbit_Hill

Ohh so that is who keeps stabbing me in the butt. Thanks for spreading the news Geo!
Amazing work! Love Travis's expression when he says "Stephen King was right". Thank you for making this!

I haven’t seen/heard this particular clip before and I WAS SO SURE this would be about a guy stabbing specifically people with boney butts
Won’t lie, when I first saw the title, I thought it read “The Brony Butt Stabber”, and I was genuinely concerned…

I feel like I would go mad with power if I were Stephen King. Nice to have a vision of what that would look like.
as a mainer their attempts at a maine accent are giving me life
YES FINALLY THANK YOU
…hold up. I have spent HOURS watching giothebio, almost pissing myself out of laughter multiple times…and I’m still not subscribed? I’m so sorry, please forgive me, your excellency.
I’ve started saying “that’s not right” whenever I make a minor screwup and I just realized there’s a solid chance this video is where I picked it up from.
The design you give their shirts are really cool travises mushroom shirt and in another video Griffen ghost shirt
I feel like the twist would be the coroner finding an entire skeleton in one of the victims.
Everyone is some kind of skeleton
Not these West Virginia boys making fun of us Mainers! Now if you’ll excuse me I need to plow my haunted coastal fields with my horse-sized lobsters
The word they're looking for is "nonfiction"
I enjoyed this, thank you. I'm trying hard not to let my knowledge of the very similar Family Guy bit about Stephen King bring me down and it is weird to admit that Our Town is the silver lining doing it for me.
Ha! This is great.
Griffin wearing an OFMD shirt!! ❤🏴☠️
I LOVE IT😅

This is one of the funniest mbmbam bits in a while lmao
💜
I believe the word they are looking for is Non-fiction
Our Town is set in New Hampshire, not Maine. Dammit, boys
I think they’re just assuming the coastal Maine accent is doing an impression of Fred Gwynne’s character in Pet Semetery.
👏👏👏👏
yoooo??? new geo day??? hell yes. i dont even listen to the podcast anymore i just watch geo. geo is too based
As a Mainer, the Maine accent is DESTROYING me. Why are we all oil magnates from the 1910's?
As a maine native, I would prefer these accents than the actual maine accent.
bump
LMFAO!
Okay just a note abt the end of the bit: there was an actual real book about the monsters from Stephen king novels coming to life and it was not written by Stephen king. I know this sounds like I’m mixing it up with the goosebumps movie but I promise I’m not. It was real and Stephen king wrote a foreword to it
I like bones!
Foruh zecont dare aye really felteh' Island acscent cumin oudda Travy-bou, mahbe ey jus' misdook id, ehh
idk why but it fucks me up that travis's nails match his shirt and not his hair. wtf brain.
The first time Stephen king didn’t look like a mummy
I wonder if the Boney Butt-Stabber is related to the Crazed Butt-Stabber of Markiplier lore?
I forget. In context ... are they talking about that one serial assaulter in and around Jack-The-Ripper times in England, who actually would go around stabbing women in the ass and running away? It's got some urban legend stink on it, like maybe it never happened and it was a fearful rumour that so convinced people that well-to-do ladies wouldn't go out without wearing a frying pan under there as armour. EDIT: Found it: The London Monster, 1788, a public panic in the city of London over someone allegedly singling out beautiful, wealthy women and stabbing them in the lower cheek.
