New Orleans had “The Special Man” an older black gentleman with a cigar, and an odd suit and hat combo. It was for a furniture store and it started with some poor customer talking about how horrible their credit was and the sales guy would say “you gotta see the special man!!!” And the special man would take his cigar out of his mouth and say “let er have it….no problem!!!” I’m sure they’re all over KZread.

I know im late as all hell but I checked the entire comment section and this wasn't mentioned so I had too. Jay was correct about Crazy Eddie, he became huge in the entire North East. HOWEVER, he basically fancied himself half mobster and half business genius which led to extreme amounts of fraud manipulating stock prices and sending his son to college to get an accounting degree so he could professionally cook the books and then threw him under the bus when the feds caught on.....a real American hero.....

Apparently it’s a franchise cause we have the “Alabama hammer” here and he’s pretty horrible. Look up David J Maloney. He’s a big one where I live and did all these incredibly lame commercials about how if you get a DUI you better not think about calling him cause he’ll put you UNDER the jail…..Then he got arrested for DUI. I sat behind him and his 6’7 Asian wife at a concert one night and I swear you’d have thought Elvis had walked in the way the local morons reacted. All because of his commercials.

Any other old farts remember when the Budweiser commercials were "Real American Heroes" but changed it after 9/11 to " Real Men Of Genius"? Think about how odd the wording is and how many better titles they could've used but that had to use something that fit and sounded similar.

Apparently it’s a franchise cause we have the “Alabama hammer” here and he’s pretty horrible. Look up David J Maloney. He’s a big one where I live and did all these incredibly lame commercials about how if you get a DUI you better not think about calling him cause he’ll put you UNDER the jail…..Then he got arrested for DUI. I sat behind him and his 6’7 Asian wife at a concert one night and I swear you’d have thought Elvis had walked in the way the local morons reacted. All because of his commercials.
