Thank you ! This is a global fight. Unless each and every one of us dismantle these body terrorism, body shame, racism, and all other injustices against the marginalized. we will just make each other suffer more.
This truth will set us free.
So beautifully shared; genuine, open, honest...thank you!
So many times have I apologised for my body. Yesterday I was biking a man in hes 20s yelled fat to me. I have been bullied when I was younger and fat, meatball, chubby, bulldog was some of the names they used. But Yesterday something happened. I felt impovered. I felt strong, i felt beautiful. I thought to myself. Poor man, he must really hate himself so much to feel the need to try to bully a beautiful, strong, woman! I hope he will find the courage to become a gentleman!! And for this speech, I really understood when the woman with celeberal palse felt she could not ask the man to use a condom. Wow! How brave of her to speak that. And I hope she understands her worth!! Radical female self love is my tune now
Wow. Needed to hear this.

A perfect example of unconcious exclusion! The response is encouraging..always make it practice!
Just found this book at a leave one take one library in the park. Thought it was a joke looking at the cover, turns out its not. its now in the garbage with the dog turds from the park where it belongs .
