Black women listen up! If, and only if, want to break the generational curse of what our mothers, grandmothers, and back many generation of women have gone through before us, we must think outside the box, and we must take the road less traveled, and we take advantage of all the opportunities we have before us in this day and age. This generation of non black men are not like there fathers, grandfathers, or great grandfathers. This generation of non black men are waaaaaay more open to dating and marrying, and building loving kind romantic relationships with black women like never before. When people tell you that no one wants you, or the only men who will take you are black men know that is a bold face lie. There are about 24.5 Million black women in America and globally over 3.1 Billion men on earth: Black women today in 2022 have more options in picking men of our liking like never before so why not go for it? I mean, what have you got to lose? 🤵🏻🤵🏻👰🏾👰🏾💍💍❤❤💗💗💞💞💖💖

Moved to Mexico and no longer feel a need to be a "tough cookie". Turns out it's so much easier to be feminine, soft, and grow gracefully when you're not under constant attack. Self love + moving to a less toxic environment does wonders. It's more critical to love yourself than to prove yourself

  • @lavieestbelle6068

Thank you. We don't have to be social warriors. We need to stop that behavior of supporting others when we have no one coming to our defense when we are in trouble. Yes, to leveling up, no to strong black women. Let's present ourselves as the feminine black goddess the creator made us. That melanin is gold.

I often hear people say that black women are beautiful facially, have beautiful bodies, are confident, are strong, are funny and are smart. I was surprised to know when I went to the US that some people disrespect black women’s looks including so called pseudo studies that don’t seem scientific at all. I am sure many people in the US also believe black women are great, high level, smart, beautiful women and currently there is a tanning and non western, exotic features, body types trend.

I remember when a former coworker of mines talked about being in the police academy. He said a man kept getting mad at the training officers dying obscene language. He pulled the guy aside and said we all in here doing this work and these officers do not know your mom. I learned a listen that day. No one does not care to upset you plus they don't know you. Also, the police academy was preparing these officers in training for the real world encounters.

Neemah that study first came out in 2011 and comes out here and there after every few years. when that study came out I was also somewhat angry, because it was a low point in my life, neglecting myself, physically and mentally. Nowadays, because I am working on myself mentally and physically. I know that I am pretty and I look pretty. Black women got angry because let us be honest, many of us do not take care of ourselves physically and mentally. I keep on saying this, obesity is not pretty, sorry black women, but obesity is unhealthy and very unnattractive to look at. Obesity in my opinion is actually extreme self hate. Yes Neemah you are right, the art of silence is important. Some BW chat too damn much, and tell others their business to show off and end up flat on their face. Hobbies and activities are very important for self growth and if you network with the right people you can got places you've only dreamt of. It is so to hear tips on how I ,, me personally as a BW can level up

Thank you Lin for mentioning that if first came out in 2011 but there was another one in 2018 and I remember black women were so upset. I am happy to see that you are a bigger enough person to admit your mistake. Because most of black peoples it either their way or the high way and they are never wrong it always someone else’s fault. Yes and we do chat way too much and can be used against us 😐😐🌚

I currently live in a upperclass neighborhood with doctors and higher rank military families and I learned the hard way not to be too nice😅 I always tried to wave to my neighbors and they just acted like how dare me lol and just make faces at me literally make faces.. Also all the caucasian moms always group up aswell and have never tried welcoming me. It's only the females that treat me like that too🙃 it's the same exact way at my sons private preschool. I just learning to stop being nice lol Maybe it's because I'm still young living in a half a million dollar house idkk. Ever since I've lived in "higher society" I guess we can call it. The more unfriendly the people get... It sucks 😩

I'm sorry you're being treated so passive aggressively by your "neighbors". True neighbors would be more accommodating- at least that's how it is in my area. You don't have to be nice- they aren't even properly acknowledging you when you acknowledge them (waving and greeting them)! You can be courteous, but I'm so glad you will not bend to their disrespect. I look up to you. I have a half a million dollar house I'm looking into myself- you inspire me! God bless you and your son~!

I'll say it...don't date a guy that doesn't have a full time job and can't keep consistent employment. It's that simple. If theres no guys then stay single until you can move to a better area.

I think standards are important but it’s also important to remember you never know what someone is going through , that mother could have a story or situation that no one knows about . I personally think the principle shoulda left her alone unless she was revealing or inappropriate

When someone call you the n word just said ( I don’t fell save voice ) “Omg what are you doing” “Don’t you know it is not save to do it” And wait a see how people are looking at the person who said the n work because she will said something as people are looking at her and she would expect it because she expects you to screen at her. Can her loud like she is a threat to everyone and if you have to fake cry cry my little sister ❤️😂😂

Completely agree 'Why would you call me that?' 'Why would you say that to me?' 'Please don't call me that again!' In a loud damsel in distress voice works really well too, this can work for the N word or any insult in general.
