Thanks for listening x
My youngest daughter forages and is allowing her yard to grow more natural…..no chemicals and lots of native plants. I saw the dandelion honey you made and gave her the recipe you used. She made her first batch last week and she and her husband absolutely loved it. (I had a taste when I visited Tuesday last.) She is now making more so they have some in reserve. Thanks so much for sharing that with all of us!

I don't know anything about bee keeping other than watching youtubers who have hives. I will no longer eat honey now that you've educated me. Best to you, Jane, Philadelphia

I'm sure there are some very careful caring beekeepers out there and I would trust Sean and Colin, but it is worth being careful
I am the same I eat fish when out if no vegetarian meals & sometimes for nutrient. Same I buy local eggs as we need the protein from home grown and they are well cared for and loved.
i am so glad you are talking about the abuse of bees. Thankyou! As a vegan, I don't use honey and often I am asked why. Many people don't consider the life of a bee as important but are happy to enjoy the products of the bees' incredible efforts. What you describe applies in very similar ways to all farmed animals. We take away a cow's baby year upon year (the males are often killed ) and then take her milk which is meant for her baby. We feed cows soy and corn which they are not designed to eat. It gives them digestive problems and then they are filled with anti biotics.....I live beside a farm and I hear the cries of the cows when their babies are taken away.

Ooh maybe one for another video???
Some people! I know. I NEVER question peoples choices 100% with you. My son only eats red meat from appropriate places he was vegetarian from 9 till 17 Fake meat is awful & worse. I prefer vegetables I must eat cheese though organic etc! What fools comment that! sigh.. I hear you both! You can buy large mushrooms now, Rich textures is really lovely! + cost affective.
