Cheap and decent models still exist! Obviously not for 5 dollars anymore due to inflation but they should still be roughly equivalent (kinda). Plenty of 1/72 scale kits at 20 to 25 dollars exist! You know where to go to find em (link in bio) 😏😏
I recall the B-52 Stratofortress kit being absolutely massive.

We had one, two owners one died, his son bought out his dad's partner. Then he proceeded to destroy what they built. No more shops so I have to wait for the ipms show every year and buy what I want from the vendors room. And there's Amazon.
I visit Canada on average once every 6 years. Hopefully the next time I’m in Toronto I’ll stop by!
