Currently working on this kit. The body is very accurate aside from the front section below the grill. The 1/24 scale makes this kit a joy to detail. Keep the 1/24 scale kits coming Revell! This vid show how good the body proportions are. I will get the Shelby R version coming out for 2023.

@@MRLINSSCALEMODELING by the way, I say Revell...but we all know this is an older Monogram kit. Monogram was awesome, to bad this company is gone.

Mr. Lin, I know this video is a couple years old now, but I wanted to give you a big thank you for this video. I built the same kit over the last several weeks and your build video was key in helping me achieve a decent result. I used your same ride height modification approach and your tips were very helpful! Thank you for all you do and sharing your great builds, I really appreciate it every time!

i know this is a detail not many will care about but he dot the firing order on the engine pistons wrong. if you imagine the (from the front) left side of the engine as pistons 1, 2, 3, 4 ( down and away) and the right side pistons as 5, 6, 7, 8 (going down and away) then the correct firing order will be 1 - 5 - 4 - 2- 6 - 3 - 7 - 8. the way he wires it up seems to be 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8. this basically has all the pistons on one side fire first before the other side fires and will cause the engine to seriosly shake at every revolution.

hi,I paint the wheel with lacquar base chrome, wait until the chorme paint is totally dried, than I paint acrylic base black paint to the wfeel again, wipe off excess black paint with acrylic paint thinner, than you got a tidy wheel rim...you can also use acrylic base chrome and enamel black paint, they also works fine😊

Mr. Lin, what brand cement do you use, because it sure sets fast! I have been using Testors orange tube for like ever and it seems to need a long time to work, maybe I should change, any suggestions will be very much appreciated!
