this new guy are epic, all of them fore me are indispensable, note the afroshadow its like drak chocolate so usefull for skincolors, the slime green is a must have, glazing them makes a high contrast gradation, the slime green makes a gadation from like "frog green" to a high oigmented yellow green, co0lg green its an emerald, so nice!

Here in the uk airfix kit are like 9 pound in 1/72 scale
I’m assuming you meant airfix? Well that’s not a surprise since airfix is a British company lol. A lot cheaper to procure them when they’re made in the same place you live. They have to import airfix to get to North America via ships. The price will change

@@SunwardHobbiesTorontome neither but I used to get all the Skaven releases and slowly "tapped out" of Warhammer Fantasy some time ago. My group moved onto other games but those warp stone infused "furry fuzzballs" still hold a warm place in my heart...

@@The_blitz_nub unfortunately, we don't have the manpower to finish anyone's kits. Whenever a kit is displayed on our case, it was by hobbyists we sponsor or staff members who painted the models they wanted to paint in their own personal time. We don't have dedicated staff members (yet) to build and paint during regular store hours! We don't even have the studio up yet! 😅😅

Well, I've made the plunge and have tried Sprue Goo for the 1st time. I have known about this for quiet some time, however I've not made the move. Saw your video 1 month ago and as a result decided to give it a go. Working on an 1/72 Airfix P-51D. Worked like a charm and will probably have very little sanding to do. Made about a 1/2 a Tamiya Extra Thin jar, so should last me a bit. Thanks for the great tutorial!

@Freedom2803 this massive of a kit requires a thorough review. Even ones die hard fans might not be willing to accept. Nearly 300 bucks for something a singular (average fan) person may not even touch, finish or like because of ita contents is definitely something that needs to be disclosed

I have a 3d printer so i can just print my kit card or fully assembled leopard or they have amazing print in place treads now too and tpu makes em really nice. Get a 199 a1 mini and u will save ur money bro cuz that models what 20 to 40 bucks? U can buy an a1 mini and a 12 dollar spool of tan and black and u can make so many tank kits to make
Yep! There's SO MANY ways to save money! This hobby doesn't have to be expensive!
How much did all that cost?
Around $100 CAD but there are ways to make this cheaper. Odds are, your dad already has precise tools like the ones in the vid so that's 20 to 30 bucks less already. The paint job could also be simplified if you so choose to. A normal tamiya paint costs $3.79 CAD and a spray can costs $10.89. Plenty of things to simplify

Not a rebox, this is an all new kit.
You're right, but only kinda. The rest of the kit is basically the exact same as the 2003 version (hard to confirm if the plastic is better on this newer kit but the build is the same) but this one has half a sprue dedicated to the new plastic tracks and photo etch! It's closer to a special edition of the 2003 kit than a completely new kit!. It's definitely a decent upgrade tho and for basically the same price as well!

@christophergee8328 oh trust us, we're aware it's new tooling. However, from a purely building perspective, it's TOO similar from the 2003 build! And we don't know to what extent is the new tooling anyway. For all we know, it's only referring to the new plastic tracks and photoetch for the same price as the 2003 version
