We need these home prices to dip in the "down" direction a little more.😊
The houses are spectacular, but you are walking too fast through them and you are not showing the entire house. One of the rooms you walked in the doorway kept the camera on you, sprint around while keeping the camera on you, then walked out the room. We would rather see the house. And all those transitions are too fast. They make me dizzy.

No doubt the houses are nice.. But adjacent to Cypress Creek...which floods. Better have good flood insurance and an inflatable.

Flood mitigation within the communities since Harvey offset a lot of that risk but I tell my clients to have flood insurance no matter the community. Every location would struggle in a Harvey like event.
