I don’t know if this is oversimplifying it but it seems like from this video, the way to hit your goals, is to 1) be realistic and 2) pay very close attention to where your time goes. If you’re wasting time doing things like mowing the lawn or doing dishes, outsource it. Focus only on income producing activities and hold your time close to the vest. Is it really that simple Jeremy?

A simple excel sheet broken down in 15-30 minute intervals that you print out and keep with you all day would do the trick. I’m an engineer and in manufacturing we call this Leader standard work. It works as a calendar / time auditor as long as you’re honest
