I absolutely love this. Only thing I’d also avoid here is saying “can you” before these questions. Even though they’re obviously framed as open ended, adding “can you” before everything invites the DM to be short with you. Gives them control. You’re ASKING them for something instead of guiding them
I've read tons of books, watched seminars, webinars, of course have had coaches, hands on experience, etc. and this is an awesome video. Impressive.

Great video very informative
His system reminds me a lot of the straight line selling system that Jordan Belfort teaches. Except for that he goes more into addressing pain up front whereas Belfort addresses pain in the beginning and at the end if necessary.

- discover the client's pain and who is going to confirm when it's safe - ask to elaborate (tell me more about this) - ask how long they are suffering from this - show the solution
