What a great home. Really love the USA flag installed. Definitely agree tile throughout is preferable. DIG the screened lanai. Thanks for the guide on the split HVAC - it is just me and my poodle and I do NOT want to AC a whole house full tilt. I am stuck here in wet cold Seattle for the present. You know who I will look to when I too move to Ocala. Renzo!

Really nice home, In my area in the Mid-Atlantic, it would be in the low 4's. The Split A/C system a Huge plus, and the screened in porch extra space for sure. Big Lot. Block construction, and nice Home color.

Hey! They are actually in the process of building a new model that is much bigger! They do have some lots that are oversized as well. Sorry for the late reply, slipped through the cracks

Hey is the taxes on this home correct $25,300 or is it $2,500 we got confused here. Thank you for all your videos. We are in Ohio looking to move to Florida.

Hi, I just watched the video, and my best guess is that it's located in the little hallway once you walk in from the garage. There's a little piece of the video at the beginning you can almost see it. So I think it is located in the house.

Hi! Any area is prone to hurricanes in Florida but Ocala is typically a very safe area because it’s further north and more central. Yes a lot of fruits and veggies are grown in Ocala, they have a ton of fresh non gmo farms :)

Great question- Unfortunately they do not but there are plenty of 3rd party companies that can get it done in 3-4 month
