Nice home and love the huge RV garage! I would mancave half of it. That's not an "in-law suite". It's a bedroom, closet and ensuite bathroom. An in-law suite should have a living room and kitchenette.

I like it everything about this house bro..take my money. I can definitely see myself bursting out the main double doors when the wife is enjoying a glass of wine in the pool shouting "Say hello to my little friend". Hopefully, when i'm ready you got a similar property.

Hi Brandon, the property tax is at 1% for the first year, which means you’ll pay roughly $10,000 per year. If you intent use this as your primary residence then you’ll be eligible to apply for Florida Homestead Tax Exemption!
