    For me. Vitamins All in one stacks, come first, then whey protein, 2 cups of 20gr avery day, Magnesium supplements can helps a lot. Omega 3. Zinc, something like 15mg would be fine. Last but not least would be Creatine, 5g every day, never forget to drink more water while taking creatine supplements, your muscle fibers will Thank u. 😊

    Love your videos, long time follower but not in agreement on probiotics. Which probiotic? How do you know this is the exact type of probiotic a person needs or is missing? There are Hundreds of different probiotic formulas sold in the stores. There are thousands of different probiotics.

    Great video. Huge fan of zma (zinc, magnesium, and something else that starts with A). Helps as you said but also helps put you in to a deeper sleep allowing better recovery and some crazy dreams. Thoughts on arginine and centruline? Creates more oxygen in your blood stream, expanding your blood vessels, creating increased blood circulation and recovery?

    Most of the time You will get minerals like Magnesium and Zinc from your daily diet. For example 100g og chicken breast contains 26.2mg of magnesium and 0.65mg zinc. And lets say you eat cashew nuts as well... They contain 251mg magnesium and 5.01mg zinc pr 100g. Dont waste money on supps if you dont need it.

    If you eat enough fish per week ie sardines , salmon, trout, pilchards etc you don't need omega supplements, I stopped taking all the forementined supplements for 6 months and it made no difference whatsoever, I wasted so much money in my younger naive days

    I ran and took some omega 3s so fast 😅 because I keep forgetting. I’ve been dealing with a concussion and I recently supplemented creatine and dam I feel a major improvement. Brain health is everything!

    I can only speak from my experience but I had to stop taking it because my doctors saw my blood creatinine level being sky high and after a month of not using it i went back to normal

    I'm surprised you didn't include zinc or calcium. Not taken together but apart. From day one of my bodybuilding journey, on a budget of zero cents, a zinc tablet was my only buddy. From 15mg to 30mg to 50mg.

    Once you're saturated with creatine, your body will just pass any excess creatine. 5g a day is about the max you can take in after your saturated. People selling creatine would like you to believe you need more. You don't.

    I think you’re way to low on the D3. I’d say up to 10,000IU depending on the person. Easily 1-5,000 IU

    I had deficiency.I took 50,000 IU a week after 6 weeks I still had deficiency. So I think 5000 to 10000 IU a day is spot on.

    Lol, my doctor has me on 5000mg of Vit D daily. I've read that if you're on blood pressure meds you should be careful taking creatine. Not sure if anyone on here uses it and also takes BP meds.

    You should be careful given previous kidney problems. Although, creatine causes no kidney issues in healthy individuals, you should monitor your kidney health if taking creatine.

    I have major issues staying hydrated, and creatine poses a challenge. To avoid dehydration, I don't do a loading phase, but instead just take the 5g and call it good. It takes about two weeks for you to be fully saturated instead of the one with the loading phase, but you'll reduce the risks of dehydration which is most pressing during the loading phase. You'll still have to increase your water intake, but you won't have that week where you're sucking down 2 gallons a day.
