I've noticed eating well (yes, it's expensive, but has lifelong health benefits) & drinking more water has helped my hair tremendously. Thank you as always for providing fantastic advice on the benefits of being healthy on the inside out.

This video was information why spot on if it could be perfect because it is so right about the things that you put into your body and he's so true about eating healthy is expensive I'm on that Journey now I was trying to do right by the body because I started my locs and now I'm starting the journey with body and believe me is expensive and it's so true what he said about getting the best products for your locks because the products I use it's it's four ingredient and my grandson had to tell me all the junk you are eating his skin is flawless and his hair is down his back he eat healthy

😂 you made me laugh when you said they order McDonald's. That's so true. I think what you consume l. is even more important than what you apply to your hair. I've had locs for about 20 plus years and when I eat well my locs flourish. I do put aloe Vera in my hair and it makes my hair grow like crazy and it gives it a natural shine, but I strain it so it's only the slime.

Right now this crazy situation in the USA and the whole discussion and movement about black life matters I was very confused I'm white. And I have dreadlocks. I felt not sure anymore if that's OK... My locs are in the middle beginning, your interlocking method was used, my locs have been growing however they look like crap after I wake up. I’ve trying wearing a du rag and a stretch cap but to no avail. My locs were nicely hanging down after a retwist and then boom the next morning they didn’t even look like I had them retwisted. What should I do?

Did you save your locs? If so, yes they can be reattach by a loc stylist. Look up videos on installing and repairing locs. And find a stylist in your area - book an appointment.
