Listen to this man ! 35 years into my life and I still looked like a high schooler. I had patches of hair on my face and I was a 6'5 scrawny dude. I ate fast food garbage and I was always fatigued. I'm embarrassed to say that when I began my loc journey - I was more concerned about my hair than my health. I was very careful of what I put in it and eventually I became more self conscious of what I put in my body. I started eating only natural produce, fish, poultry and drinking more water which led to more energy , thus becoming more active with exercising and developing a bigger appetite to fuel it. I've gained weight and muscle mass, my beard has completely filled in and I now wear clothes that fit me. I showed my girlfriend a 5 year old photo of myself and she said " ew " lol. I feel better than I ever have in my life at the age of 38. Some people say it's just hair but this journey has led me on to the path of a more natural and healthy lifestyle.

Good food, healthy lifestyle, water, and (wait for it....) PATIENCE. Live your life more presently and you won’t be so fixated on it, and before you know it, it’ll be down your back!
I love how much science and logic you put into all of your videos. It’s very refreshing to see. Keep up the good work brother!

Beautiful! I remember you saying in an earlier vid that "time is the product." It spoke volumes to me. I continue to be patient as my hair is growing much healthier than when I initially started!

Nutrition and Patience. Everyone’s hair grows at different paces. Some can have hair down their back in 1.5 years and others it make take 3 years. If you’ve made the decision to grow your hair, let it grow. Take care of yourself, and that takes care of your hair. Thank you for sharing this message.
100 percent man, ur one of the only guys who speaks facts and with confidence.
My beard was very patchy, and while it still isn't perfect, it became a complete line when I lost 40 pounds.

What an amazing explanation… Everyone on KZread promotes, Jamaican black castor oil for hair growth… apply to scalp… In reality it starts with what you ingest. This really gave me a new perspective on my expectations while growing out my hair🙌🏽🙌🏽

Where are you located? I want to get my locs done by you if that’s possible. Please let me know...I am in Texas.
I was told by some grandmas that keeping your hair in braids your hair at night (and as much as you can) will make your hair grow faster. Do you think that is true? (oh yeah it needs to be dry, or else it will get kind of rotty, just like a towel)
What do you use to dye your locks
Wawu thanks 💪💪🇺🇬
I was right all the time. And people also hate me.
You said butt cheeks lol...but so so true I love the way your realistic
TRUTH
So there isn’t any product even holistic /organic that you can put directly on the scalp to make It grow or are you just referring to “fast “ growth specifically ? Before I debunk
Facts
So, what specific foods encourage hair strengthening and growth?

Google it. No answer in 2 months for something you can search in seconds.
Technically the products that you apply to your hair are supposed to stop your hair from breaking which does help it grow longer technically because it is supposed to not break as much. But you are correct.
@yelloe

Yeah those products supposed to help RETAIN length. Not GROWTH. Retention =/= Growth Thats why people eat those products up. They think ita the same. Retention is still important but many people seem to not understand that retention is not the same as growth. Some people can retain their length but not take care of themselves and body, and their length stays the same for a long ass time, but not growing.
I always said my hair a plant noice boss x

The one on the left is not a true palm, it is a type of Draceana.
Very logical guy. It tells you about humanity. This guy's just using common sense. Look at the inaligy with the plant and where you water it. You could fool most people by saying putting a fork into the wall outlet will expand your life.
FACTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I've been saying this to people but no nobody pays Me no mind lol
I heard that biotin supplements are good because that’s what I take everyday.

My grandma always told me, common sense is not a common thing. Sadly, that's a fact! Although we know that nutrition is key to promoting a healthy body, we get sucked into the commercials. We are quick to fall for the lies that x product will grow hair fast or grow thick hair or make our skin look amazing, and the list goes on. When are we going to wake up?
