Contents Used
For dough:
1 tea glass of milk (90 ml).
2 eggs.
cheddar cheese (60 grams).
parsley.
1 pack of baking powder (10 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
2.5 cups of flour (300 grams).
For the filling:
2 potatoes.
1 red pepper.
1 onion.
6 - 7 green onions.
2 branches, basil.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 10 ml ).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
To fry:
vegetable oil.

In India we make this receipe daily it's called Aloo parathas . The only difference we don't put eggs and don't takes time to cuts into pieces we simply take a ball of dough fill it with the stuffing cooking a nice round flat one fast and serve it with a curd dip❤
