Great recipe❤ My mood determines whether i'll have it frosted or not 😅 The cake being hard when you take it out of the fridge is because of the butter. Try substituting it with oil and you will see the difference

Yes, you can use any mixer you have on hand. It doesn't have to be the same as mine. Hope you enjoy!

Great recipe. I love my cakes unfrosted. We used to lick the batter in the pan and put in "cover beer" to make our own mini cakes. Also i have learned not to crack my eggs directly into the batter in case there is a bad egg.
