This or a Manhattan have been my after the kids are in bed drink. I just build it in the class though, so much easier than dealing with orange liqueur.

Is it ok to use the same ice? Shouldn’t you use new ice in the glass to not over dilute the cocktail?

The volume of water will actually increase with "clean" ice in the class. On the other hand, the clean ice makes the drink look fresh. Many of my customers requested the "dirty" ice on the side.
