If the AA is being used in a clock, each battery can easily last 2 years or more. That's 49c to run the clock for two years. An Ikea NiMH AA is $2.25 each, plus the cost of a charger. If you look at batteries alone, it'll take nine years to break even - that's assuming the NiMH AA will still be working at full capacity in the year 2025. If the clock can run for three years, it'll take 14 years to break even, once again assuming the NiMH AA will even last that long. If the NiMH AA degrades after 6 years, then all that goes out the window. I had a GP alkaline AA power my thermometer for 7 years. That's not worth putting NiMH cells into. Same case with remote controls, unless they're heavily used. Keep in mind that different people use their electronics differently. What suits you fine might not suit others. Some people only have a few clocks and TV remote controls to run, so the cost of buying NiMH cells and a good charger makes it uneconomical.

One of those tackles cost the All Blacks a game and the series against the Lions. Actually, if Beauden Barrett had been kicking properly, losing SBW to a brainless red card wouldn't have mattered.

If you can code hop effortlessly and every team in both codes wants you and your national team wants you, you are a very special individual congratulations sonny bill williams you have set records out of a million only a chosen few can achieve 👏👏 👏

Seen a lot of these "Best of SBW" vids and although all this footage has all been seen before, this vid is by far the best quality to date. Very clear, clean and even the 60fps is easy on the eye. Well done.

the initial tackle is the one for which i watched the whole video. man. i don't even know anything about rugby. but i know about this kiwi rugby legend. giving away his world rugby gold medal just after the game to a young fan thats what led me to this video.

Became a much more rounded player after playing rugby and playing for the all blacks!

If the Dogs had of kept SBW and Thurston they wouldv'e dominated for a decade or more, and probably won 6 or 7 premierships. The worst management in the history of the game allowing a situation that saw these 2 walk.
