Much respect for Mr Osborne, he is a "car guy" with professional assessor chops. Great video with all the various cars shown with their owners and reps. I vicariously enjoy this area of collecting as I'll never have the disposable income to have such expensive toys. Motor on, Jay!

Donald's rendition of la Marseille was worthy of praise. Perfect accent! Bravo cher Donald!

I'd be interested too. About his singing career - here's some info: Prior to working in the collector car industry, Donald Osborne was a classically trained baritone opera singer. His solo career culminated in his debut with the Metropolitan Opera in 1985. While, Osborne left the world of professional singing to focus on the world of collector cars he still enjoys singing for others. For years he has sung the Italian National Anthem at the prize giving ceremony of the Mille Miglia at the Teatro Grande in Brescia, Italy. He has also sang the The Star-Spangled Banner at the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Donald Osborne lives in Southern California and also has a home in Northern Italy. In addition to being passionate about classic cars, Osborne is also passionate about trains, ships, airplanes, music, art and architecture.

A neighbor of ours when I was growing up had a Caddy much like the 59 here....pink, fins for days, but Bob's was a drop top. I remember him being in a parade, a queen's ride, and he took us kids home in it. I felt like royalty! Wonder what ever happened to it?????

These 2 guys could do a show on a road trip across America in say 12 different cars , they have chemistry!

The viper appraisal is hilarious

Jay & Donald I worked on the 404 & some older 403's in the late 60's and early 70's in E. Milton MA. But my favorite was the Citroen DS21. Thanks for the trip down Memory Lane.

Jay to Jeff “Is your wife a virgin?” Lol too funny. And I very much question the “car guy” credentials of someone who buys but does not drive a Viper ACR.

Had a chance to chat with Donald at Pebble Beach a couple years ago. What a wonderful, knowledgeable and gracious man. Type of person you'd want to get to know.

The only problem with the Peugeot is, Donald did say Brothers with an S. meaning one is going to be strapped to the roof and tucked in the trunk when it rains. I’d love to see Shaquille O’Neill doing a superhero movie where he uses a Corwin Getaway as his Batmobile. Just watching Jay trying to fold into it was funny.

That moth on the radiator had stylage!

Donald is an excellent appraiser. I'd love to see him do an appraisal on Jay's complete collection. That'd be an interesting number.

Donald's comment regarding the lack of sound on the Tesla Roadster "the music of the car". Resolution: add a high-powered CD, play recording of the F1 McLaren especially the F1 throaty idle sound when you at Tesla charging station.

Donald osbourne is just an amazing interesting man. I would love to talk to him all day about cars.

Thoroughly enjoyed this collection. The cars were spectacular, especially the Chrysler B Letter Car. Like Jay and Donald said the car looks like money. It is beautiful. Then there are the personalities. I really enjoyed meeting the owners and the fun Donald and Jay had with the owners in the appraisal process. Speaking of Donald and Jay, they obviously enjoy each other’s company. Donald does a great job playing the straight man to Jay. I get the feeling that both of them are just being themselves, so it’s really not like they’re acting. This is just a classic piece of Jay Leno’s Garage history. And the best part is, it didn’t cost me a dime to watch and I would put its value at, at least 25c.
